This pharmacy service is very bad, they do the delivery that’s why I chose this pharmacy . I have my refill prescription so when I told them that time they told me they’ll delivery afternoon date was September 10, 2024 but they didn’t do the delivery after next day I called them again for delivery they told me the same things as September 10th they will do delivery, I wait whole day , after few hours later I spoke to the manager her name is Devi or something she told oh I’m sorry the delivery guys is left , ok we will do delivery tomorrow that means they will do delivery September 12 2024 , when September 12 I called so many times but they didn’t do delivery, I called so many times , every time they told me the delivery driver call you after 30 min later , he got the medicine, when I didn’t receive any call , I called them again they told me delivery guys left , I have to call them again on tomorrow, I’m waiting for my medicine it’s been 3 days, my mom, my son, my sister and me using same pharmacy, I’m gonna change them, this pharmacy is very terrible, when u are new they’re so nice to you , after few months they change everything,

I switched after going to CVS for years. Much easier experience and if you have to wait, they have comfortable chairs No lines to wait on!

?️Plz go see for yourself (you speak like you have home training and have common sense ) you can’t be all rowdy and expect for someone to help you just simply talking like your speaking to another human THE RESPECT you get back in return is worth it. I PROMISE ☮️ ?☮️ ?I just moved in the area from the BRONX and was with my pharmacist for about 10 years now, so changing can be very difficult but DEBBIE was very nice and willing to take me in. Very nice very understanding, She listened and also explains while getting straight to the point you can tell she’s very vibrant. I love the pharmacist already. Experience of your pharmacy was terrible. The first time, I had to wait an hour and half to get just 8 tablets of acyclovir, even though there were 6 employees working and no customers in the pharmacy. This is absurd. In addition to the rudeness of the girls working there, one of the men took my personal number without permission and followed me on social media, which is a violation. Another time, when I called to check the readiness of my order for a vaccine and ointment, I was told they had nothing. But when I came in person, it turned out they had the vaccine. Moreover, their looks suggested as if I had HIV. They should, in theory, understand that a vaccine is taken to prevent disease, not when you already have it. My visit was a complete disappointment, and I wasted a lot of time. Your pharmacy is terrible. You deal with medications, and you need to take your job seriously.

Found this pharmacy when I first moved over here a few months ago and I am very impressed. Everyone is always pleasant when I call or come to pick up stuff, they're very helpful, and it's a very aesthetically pleasing store. I recommend to anyone in the area!
