Came here in person to find out its a damn atm. Called twice and on my third call, no answer, noone available to answer my call and most certainly misleading and WRONG information with not one person that can answer or call back? Came here from afar to open up another checking account but quite honestly this experience will deffinetely have me close my other accounts in this financial entity how can i trust you with more of my money if you cant even havw anyone propperly handling calls propperly(or just lack ofrecehandling period), and dont you have a big team that handles your online presence providing up to date information on google maps etc??? Deff walking elsewhere to open up my account.

Horrible front desk customer service. The frontline customer representatives gave me attitudes when I asked to make an appointment for financial services and the same person gave me a hard time when I arrived for my appointment on time. Do not come to this branch!!!

A few weeks ago, I had terrible experiences by visiting this branch. There was a long waiting line with only 1 employee in the front holding a loading-forever iPad to check me in. While I waited for almost 2 hours to change my PIN, I heared others said the long wait and chaos in here is their daily routine. The insufficient workers and poor efficiency makes me feel like I steped into a supermarket rather than a financial center. Apparently the manager in this place just watching these issues happen and did nothing.
