My experience with the Bank of Hope was terrible. I arrived 15 mins earlier than 14:00 appointment to open a business account, only to find the lobby empty and staff having their happy conversation. I had to wait outside of lobby to 14:00 and initiate contact myself. after 3 mins talk i was informed that the Bank of Hope does not serve home-based businesses, a policy that could have been communicated befor my visit. And that middle-aged woman,first saying is i dont speak Chinese when i m talking to the orther banker. and her name was not even provided, felt dismissive and disrespectful. This experience did not align with my expectations of the high level of courtesy often associated with Korean culture, While I respect the bank's policies, the lack of upfront communication and the unwelcoming service approach were such and disjointed

Never had really that much problem until you run into ONLINE banking problem. You have to wait till Pacific time to get help for online banking because the IT is located in CALI.

밖에 감시하는 주차관리아저씨 교육 좀 다시 시키셔야 되겠습니다. 주차장에 주차해놓고 앞문에 있는 ATM 가는데 쫓아오더니 무슨 건물 수퍼바이저한테 컨펌을 받고 가랍니다. ㅎㅎㅎ 내가 그 은행이랑 거래하면서 앞문을 쓰던 뒷문을 쓰던 은행에 볼일있어 은행전용 주차장에 파킹했는데 뭐가 잘못된건가요?

bank of hope ??..NO !!!...more like bank of FEES...shame on you BOH ...when you were just Nara , you treated customers well...when you guys merged with BMCC , customer service was borderline.....now that you guys have grown so much, everything about the neighborhood bank turn ed into a big money grabbing corporation who doesn't care about people especially your loyal customer since the beginning.....
