  I came across Bayside Auto Care through a recommendation from a trusted family friend and I’m so grateful I did!
  
  As someone who’s not super familiar with car mechanics, I often find the whole process stressful and overwhelming. It can be hard to find an auto shop that doesn’t talk down to you or try to upsell unnecessary work. After my car was damaged in a storm, followed by issues with the wheel bearings and a mysterious leak, I was honestly dreading the repair process.
  
  But Mike and Robert at Bayside Auto Care completely changed that experience for me. They were incredibly patient, explained everything in clear, simple terms, and were fully transparent about pricing and timelines. I never felt pressured or confused—just supported and informed.
  
  If you’re someone like me who isn’t “car savvy,” this is the place to go. They are also great in educating you about auto mechanics. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy—highly recommend for all your auto needs!

  Replaced the bumper on car at a very fair price. Also touched up scratches on my car that I didn't even ask them to do. Great people. Will visit again.

  Rob did an excellent job fixing my driver-side mirror after a hit-and-run. While other mechanics were overcharging, he gave me a fair price and delivered great service. Highly recommend!

  This place typically overcharges by at least $100 compared to others. Especially Robert, when it comes to female customers, He grossly overcharged, like a robber without a knife. I still feel extremely wronged by the past repairs I had done here.

  Why was my review deleted?? I am a 2010 Nissan Rogue owner. I visited the shop often and paid a lot of money for repairs. I trusted it and did the repair after just reading the reviews, but recently the transmission broke down.
  I had a problem and was quoted $6500. I was embarrassed by the price, so I went to another professional transmission repair shop and got a completely new transmission repaired for $4,500. Beware of price gouging. If you do not have basic automotive knowledge when visiting this company, you will be out of luck. I have a warning for you.

  The only mechanic for me. Robert and Mike have always done a great job and done right by me and my Gunmetal Gray Nissan Versa. The only shop I trust that I can go there and the only issues they will find, are the ones that are truly there ... unlike some other mechanics. I've been burned in the past. Why take the risk? Just go here.
