The cashier asked me if I have a membership with them so I asked if it is same as online membership. She misunderstood because she said retail price would be different. I understand but that’s not what I asked. She didn’t even offer me if I want a membership. But then why she asked if I have it or not. I liked their online shop past few years but didn’t know they have retail shops. I just needed some of product right away. Shopping there was kind of disappointing. Not friendly and I felt uncomfortable while I was selecting what I need.

Pros:- face masks are ranging from $1~$4- They have the acne pimple master patch for $6 for 24 patches Cons:- bad ventilation inside- products inside are very expensive. Overall, would come back for face masks. They have collagen and snail ones for $1. I would not come back to buy other products because they are really expensive. I would go to the Nature Republic in Flushing

I love this place, they have excellent products from pretty good brands, cosrx, klairs, I'm from, all the favorites are here, they know their stuff for sure and the lady working here is a charm, she has very good knowledge about the products if you know what you are looking for she will let you do your shopping in peace if you have any questions she delivers, I absolute love coming here to get my skincare products.

I normally buy my KBeauty products online but when I need something on short notice because I'm running out or just feel like browsing in person I come here. Usually there's only one sales rep but generally very friendly and helpful. They have all the standard brands like Missha, Cosrx, Klairs, etc and carry sets as well. Whenever I've gone there's usually been promos, BOGO on certain items or discounts. As with buying any skincare items on discount you should check the expiration since they're normally clearing out inventory. Their location is also very close to LIRR Broadway station so you can easily walk over for a quick stop.

Update: Went in for facial sunburn care and left burnt with disappointment. I didn't see the salesperson I was working with in the past. Instead, the one working there had issue with the cash I paid. First, she said she was short on change, so I added more to my order. Then, I paid and she asked if I had another bill because she suspected the cash that I just withdrew from my bank to be a fake despite the marker showing it wasn't. She said she needed to talk to get manager because they usually don't accept the old version of money. Really?!? I love besfren beauty but perhaps, my money is best spent elsewhere--maybe doing my shopping 100% online from now on.

The lady who speaks perfect English and korean is so nice and helpful. She is very knowledgeable in skincare and really helped my skin turnaround! Listen to her and you won't regret it. I ended up spending $60 there but it was well worth it and it's been maybe 5 months? And I still use the products- haven't run out yet.

Large collection of brands which is good because people like variety. Prices are really high for some items considering i buy the same things for $10+ less online. However they do sales on well known brands and give free samples which is nice. One thing i'm sure anyone can appreciate is that the worker does not follow you around and ask you a millions questions or push you to buy things. The nice young lady said hello and left me to do my shopping in peace. Definitely coming back!

I've driven past this location several times, but never went inside I was always intrigued by what they had but just never stop I recently had gotten a sample of a skin care product that came from Korea the brand was called skinfood and I absolutely loved it when I ran out I need to find out where I could buy more and it turns out this particular store carries that brand so I went inside to purchase what I needed and was greeted By very friendly sales girl that was extremely helpful very courteous and very sweet I didn't recognize a lot of the products but I'm definitely going to be doing a little bit of investigating on which ones I would like to try next and this is going to be One of my favorite go to skin care stores
