Hello everyone! I want to share my impressions after staying in this terrible place. I will write in brief so as not to waste your time! And so: The location is very bad, the entrance to the hotel goes through two raked intersections where there are constant traffic jams. The girl at the counter is very unprofessional and rude. The description says free parking, but in fact there are only paid options (you still have to be very lucky to have a space there) personally, parking cost me $ 28 per day. The room is just awful for $ 200 I found hair in my bed and on the towels. The shower is dirty. The TV simply did not work. In the restaurant at the hotel, the tables are dirty and covered with something instead of those in the photo. Also, someone next door was smoking marijuana and the administration did not respond to the complaint in any way. When checking out at 7 am, I had to leave the keys to the room just at the reception because the reception was not working. Also, the front door barely opened. In general, guys, I really don't recommend this hotel to you, it's a stronghold of dirt and bad service! Read the reviews and don't fall into the same trap as I did.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel! When our family arrived at the hotel, it turned out that we had to find a parking lot ourselves, since the one closest to the hotel was all occupied.
During registration, the employee had problems with the payment card, although I presented all the details of the card with which I would pay in advance, when booking (this has never happened before in any hotel).
The next shock was the state of the room, or rather the cleanliness: the bed linen on both beds was covered in hair and when I went down to report this, they did not even apologize, asked what I wanted, I answered give us another room, they said that they did not have any free rooms. To which I said, change the bed linen, because I am not going to sleep on previously used ones. The change of bed linen was very obscene, the person has a completely indifferent attitude towards customers. And also they don't have YouTube, just TV News for all channels. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, the price does not match the quality.

The worst place to stay the rooms smells a lot and also they do charge you for the parking lot. They never tell you this when you’re booked but yes when you get there, they charge you $28 for the parking space.

The receptionist needs some major training. She was very rude, unprofessional, make customers feel uncomfortable by yelling and screaming at them. I paid for the room and I would expect great service from them. But on the other end, she accused me of lying. I was referred by my close relative. After this experience, I will not be back. When I check in and check out, she was there both times and make me feel unhappy and not satisfied

Very rude front desk lady who doesn’t speak English. Customer service from her seriously horrible. The worst I’ve ever had when asking for simple hotel accommodations or direction's from her, would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Only exception that was good is the location is close to train and food.

I booked the Best Western Hotel based on my previous positive experiences with this hotel group and its proximity to the subway, which takes you to Manhattan in 25 minutes.
Unfortunately, the hotel didn't meet my expectations. The breakfast room was far too small, the breakfast offerings were very poor, room cleaning was only provided upon request, and Wi-Fi in the room was extremely weak or nonexistent.
The hotel is located in a Chinese neighborhood, and there are only Asian-style shops and restaurants in the area (except for one McDonald's). It's even difficult to buy a Coca-Cola—and that's in the US! So you have to like the Asian environment and not the generally typical US business and restaurant environment.
It was my first time in the US and I was disappointed. I wanted to go to Asia another time.
Rooms: Room door scrapes the floor.
Comfortable double bed, desk, television, ironing board, iron and well-equipped bathroom were available. Heating/ventilation works well.
Cleaning only takes place on request.
Unfortunately, WiFi is weak or not available in the room at all.
Safety: Subjectively, I had a safe feeling both in the surrounding area and in the subway.
Walkability: Subway (line 7) is in the immediate vicinity.
Food and drinks: Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese restaurants and snack bars in the area.
Noteworthy details: A post office is 10 minutes away on foot.

The best food corner in whole US. If you love Chinese food there is no better price/value friendly hotel. Manager is nice & helpful.
Nearby activities: healthy and luxurios food
Noteworthy details: enjoy all the variety of local Chinese food. From coffee, over bakery up to dumpling, sea food and pork with beef.

The manager seems to be quite nice, but the receptionist is quite rude. The room access card stops working quite often, and it's a hassle to go to the reception.
The breakfast is good, though there's a lack of variation.
It's very accessible to the subway, and a target is quite nearby.
The room for 4 is quite small, but it would be very comfortable for 2.
Food and drinks: Tea, hot chocolate, and coffee are available most of the time. Apple and orange juice are available in the morning

When I called to make a reservation, I was met by a female receptionist with a very bad attitude. Since I called to inquire about nearby hotels and there were no available rooms, I still had to provide the information. On the way back the next day, I was still hesitating whether I should check in or not, and whether I would meet the rude front desk person. But it was already 9:30 in the evening. I took my two children with me, and I was afraid that there would be no rooms in other hotels, so I came anyway. Fortunately, I met a long-haired man at the front desk. Remind everyone to choose carefully!

Was very disappointed with the experience. Initially it seemed nice and very clean, the room was spacious and the bathroom was up to par. However, once nightfall I tried to watch some tv and it didn’t even work at all. It was a static screen. I brushed that aside because maybe they didn’t know and I brought my iPad to get some work done. As I went to connect to the wifi it said it wasn’t a secure network and had low security and this is very dangerous for guests and their data; it can’t be publicly connected to but I still find it to be a safety and privacy issue. Then around 8 pm as I sat at the desk, a giant roach appeared. THIS was my last straw. I was disgusted. Attached is the proof. And later on that night there was another one under the top of the dresser. This was VERY disappointing considering I paid $365 for a room I would expect cleanliness and for the amenities to be up to par.

WIFI DOES NOT WORK IN THE ROOM! It is 2024... absolutely ridiculous to not have working wifi in the hotel for your guests. I will not stay here again.
