The hotel is well located and the rooms are large. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. It had 2 types of bread, croissant, juice, waffle, jelly, 2 types of fruit, boiled egg, sausage, sandwich ready to put in the microwave.I was worried about booking but it was a surprise despite the carpet being old but my room was clean and super spacious. The reception speaks English and are pleasant. It is 5 minutes from the subway station that takes you straight to Manhattan.Rooms: Spacious and clean room

Customer service at the front desk was terrible. Had cockroaches in the room and addressed to them right away but no action was taken. Very rude response and felt ignorant with the response from the front desk. Never recommend to stay at this hotel unless you can live with cockroaches.

OVERALL: Not worth your money. Stay somewhere else!CONS:- The foyer is dark and it's always empty and there's always like chairs piled up, or lights turned off or a trolly just sitting in the middle of the room or in front of the elevator randomly...feels very abandoned and not great.- ZERO security features. Our room key stopped working randomly and we just went to the desk and said hey it's broken and they fixed it, but asked ZERO security questions or anything. Like, anybody could just walk in there, say a room number, and they'll apparently just give you a new key...so we always took our valuables with us at ALL time, which isn't great if you end up getting jumped or mugged.- Dated room.- Carpet was dirty and dusty.- Lamps were dusty.- The floor wasn't finished!?!? (See picture) there were huge gaps like that all over.- Yellowed wallpaper, dingy and peeling everywhere.- Bedsheets had red on them that looked like blood!?!? ?? Ended up going to Target and buying our own sheets, blankets, pillows etc.- Drawers were gross, dirty and stained, did not want to put ANYTHING in them.- No fridge, so had to keep ANYTHING we brought home like a drink or something by the open window to keep it cold, but had to be SUPER careful cause the screen was broken, so it could fall out!- Some of the plugs were broken and didn't work.- The bathroom was old and yellowed but clean.- Didn't want to stay and check out the food considering how everything else was.PROS:- VERY QUIET!! Best thing about the place.- Decent area- Very close to the Subway- No bugs in our room. Other people in reviews had complained about bedbugs. We did a very thorough inspection on arrival and found none. The desk chair was the newest thing in there! Didn't really want to sit or lay anywhere until we bought our own stuff!Ultimately we used my husband Amex points, so basically paid nothing to stay here, but, unless you want a DIY room, go somewhere else.

Conveniently located around many stores and restaurants. Rooms need some updates and better maintenance. Friendly staffs and awesome experience overall. Stayed for one night.

BED BUGS aka 床芽Chuáng yá. I couldn't give this place a lower rating. Bed bugs in room, been bitten loads. The Picture of the phone shows the bug that had bitten me. That was the first issue, doors don't close completely so if you're walking past a room 7 out of 10 times its open. The shower didn't work. Save yourself time and book elsewhere.Rooms: Disgusting, bed bugs. Showers not working. Rude staff.Safety: Doors don't Close so you have to slam I walked past many rooms left open.Noteworthy details: Stay away this place is disgusting.

The portrait of reagan at the front desk kind of sums everything up about this hotel. While there is Wi-Fi in the rooms the signal is so weak it is unusable. I had to go to the lobby to use my laptop. I mentioned this to the front desk and they told me nothing could be done. I asked if I could move to another room (the routers are in closets near the elevator and the signal is stronger there) and they said no.While the décor is like a Best Western the quality is really low. They also run things on the cheap, like keeping lights turned off and using lower level hallways for storage. The complimentary hot breakfast was actually acceptable, although it is the same fare every morning. The location is probably the best attribute being near the subway and Target.

Last month I stayed in room 904 when visiting the city. Around two in the morning, I had to leave, because I found a bedbug biting me. At that instant I went downstairs and tried to find another room to no avail because all the rooms were booked. I canceled my reservation, and went to another Best Western downtown. After three weeks of constant contact with Best Western customer service, I was refused a refund even while having proof of my complaint. I highly recommend that people do not stay here and do not board here. They do not uphold a standard of cleanliness, and do not take their customers complaint into serious consideration. I cannot see my self boarding with a Best Western ever again.

Great little gem nestled in Flushing Queens. If you want to be within walking distance of amazing Asian culture and cuisine, this is a perfect homebase. Subway and bus stops are nearby and easy to get to, put all of NYC within easy reach.Rooms: Rooms were clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: Plenty to eat and explore within walking distance. Bus stops and a subway station were easy to access, making all of NYC available to explore.Safety: I felt comfortable navigating the area at all hours.Walkability: I felt safe and comfortable walking around the hotel and navigating to the MTA stops at all hours from this hotel. Everything was within easy walking distance.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Yes the hotel is showing its age but it's kept well. The customer service was amazing, the front desk was really helpful with all the questions I had and provided great recommendations around the area. The rooms are also kept well, spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Walkable distance to the Citi Field stadium (about 15 min) and plenty of good choices for food around. Will gladly return next time I'm in Queens

The room was nothing special, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. However, the service was OUTSTANDING. Everyone I met went out of their way to be helpful. To top it off, this hotel is right in the middle of the new Chinatown in Queens, which means it's a dream come true for people who love Chinese and Korean food!
