Went here for the first time nervous especially after reading the reviews. The Asian lady was very nice and took care of me quick. I scheduled an appointment on their website super easy. Showed up 10 mins before my appt. Was told to sign the clip board to check in. Lady called my name and registered me. Got my results later the same day. I didn’t encounter any of the workers being rude. In my opinion it seems like it’s the ppl who come in that are the problem.

I’ve come here for a few times and the staff are actually nice, efficient and precise, especially the two ladies who work in the morning. The place can be a little packed depending on the time especially between 8 and 10 since a lot of people come here for fasting blood test. Other than that wait time isn’t very bad.

Been there 2 times for my wife's blood test. So far so good. Staffs were very friendly to my first time pregnant wife.

Small space not enough staff and they are very relaxed, even no enough space for patients sitting.
Waiting more then hour and half after sign in .No more here

The first two times went great. But all of the sudden they needed some type of code which I never needed for the first two times. Then a kind lady helped them translate what the woman was saying but I can speak perfect English. They thought I was mostly Chinese speaking but all I was doing was translating to my guardian which didn’t have good English. So while talking to the nice lady the man working there called us annoying for being mad. Who wouldn’t? The first two times went perfectly and now we got issues. Just because I look Asian doesn’t mean I don’t understand every word you say to me.

The doctor couldn't even take blood properly. Literally missed my vein the first time, and was moving the needle around INSIDE my arm like an idiot.

Excellent service from a highly experienced woman named Suet Ten. Professional, graduate named Manuel is eager to gain experience; multilingual and very helpful.
** As per, the one star complaints... I was there today for the 3rd time and can attest to the fact that the rude, screaming and all non professional reviews are due to one woman named YASMIN.

I went to take my intellectually disabled sister this past Saturday. The staff was patient and kind to my sister. Suet was the one taking my sister’s blood and she was very gentle with her. My sister has small veins that move also a lot of scar tissue because she receives transfusions so it’s always difficult to find the vein. Also, my sister screams when blood is being drawn so it makes it always difficult for whoever takes her blood.
I would recommend going. The staff was excellent and professional. 💕💕💕

Wasted a hour waiting just to be told I can’t be seen because of the doctors paper , even though it’s on a standing order and the doctors said “I don’t need to bring it in for next time”

A rude Bangladeshi woman works in this office, I have gone to give blood for blood test, she is having lunch with the door closed, I am standing outside, if there was minimum politeness, she would have opened the door and said, brother, sit inside, I am having lunch. In fact, some Bengalis will never change.

The workers here are very nice and helpful and I’ve always had a pleasant experience when coming here. Sure there is a bit of a wait sometimes but you can see they try their best to get everyone out of there as quickly as possible.
