The workers here are very nice and helpful and I’ve always had a pleasant experience when coming here. Sure there is a bit of a wait sometimes but you can see they try their best to get everyone out of there as quickly as possible.

I went to pay my bill as a person ,they don't have a long in computer first place she told me to this place and they have different issues this is ridiculous service i had it some people want to pay bills as person,staff is so rude i will never go there and ,i will not recommend any one there any service.

The worst experience I have ever had. They were struggling to find my vein and THREE people had to kept switching and stabbing me with a needle just to find it. This experience gave me some trauma with having my blood drawn. The staff also kept on talking about how they hate the place because of how messy it was to them. They were talking right in front of me and other patients. The staff was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

Very unprofessional. I had appointment for 11:15 am but they don't care. They put me in line for first come first serve. What's the point of appointment? Staff dont know what to do they keep on going back room. Never going to bioreference.

Worst service ever, they are super rude to everybody. About last few month ago I was thinking about never go back again this place anymore . coz one of front desk ladies was very rude to me and her behavior was unbelievable.. the stuff are very rude unprofessional and waiting long line. Worst clinic ever… and after later than I had a doctor appointment with my primary doctor so my doctor recommended to go there again which is same place for my blood test and I was thinking why not go there and let’s try one more time I was thinking let’s see if anything has changes it . bc I don’t have a other options course I was so sick and I don’t want to go other places. and I went and I found that day one of front desk ladies her name is (suet) she was very nice and her behavior just amazing and very friendly .. I’m thinking going back again.

Some months ago my husband and I had a terrible experience there, so I shared and rated as it was. After three months, I had to go there again because I haven't done my lab since that day and I found a completely different situation. I'm really happy to say that there are a completely new staff. These ladies are doing terrific!!! From the lady at the reception desk to the lady who took my lab, VERY NICE PEOPLE. Sorry that I don't have their names but there is an Asian lady who took my blood sample, she is the best, so soft and delicate person!!! . I'm really grateful.

Despite a long wait time my experience with my daughter was the best i’ve had anywhere. For reference my daughter has autism and the phlebotomist who drew her blood Autumn was so kind to my girl and made her feel so safe and relaxed. Usually she is kicking and screaming because needles make her scared but the whole time the phlebotomist talked her through the whole process and about my daughters favorite show to calm her nerves. I appreciated her. Ask for Autumn if you go here

I would recommend this place to anyone... But please be prepared to wait pretty long.... Doing blood work is easy you won't feel anything and they are very fast

I put one star because I want to give the review but If I could give less I would. This lab is the worst place where you can go for a test. Yesterday, after staying outside on the street, with 80 degrees and a terrible humidity weather, making a line of only 8 people for about an hour, I was treated as I wasn't paying for my test. I was given the mask to wear inside the lab, a place (basement) where there's no A/C, with 5 more patients, who were still waiting for their test, with not enough pure air to breath. I put the mask on but I couldn't breathe. I said that to the lady who was in the front desk (for the reference is a black woman) and she started driving crazy. She doesn't have idea about customer service and started yelling me and being so disrespectful she went back to the place, shut the door with anger and never did what she is paying for, attending people. She said she doesn't care about what I need or what happened to me. I suggest not going to this place. After what happened to me, I look for information about the lab and I found so many bad reviews similar with my terrible experience there. DON'T GO THERE
