Avoid this bjs as much as you possibly can . I came here on Tuesday , and Wednesday I see my card was used at another bjs in a different state. I thought to myself I may dispute the issue but instead I've decided to go all in. I'm now paying out of pocket for a private investigator and attorney to go after BJ's. I was informed there is some type of camera that is on the card machines that pick up your pin. It's sad these situations are still occuring, none the less just be careful out there on a whole and with using your cards . BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BJS WHOLESALE LOCATION.

Great location and excellent customer service employees at the door. Pleasant greetings coming and going to always a pleasure! Excellent food selection and reasonable prices on the majority of food...even during inflation. Shop here!

Terrible. They refuse to validate your parking ticket unless you spend over $75. The money we thought we were saving by shopping at BJ's today we just lost on the $4 parking fee, and we were only parked for less 10 mins. I will NEVER come back to this location.

There was an older Indian lady working at the checkout lane who really needs to learn about customer service. After scanning my membership card, she tried to get me to sign up for the credit card but I politely refused. Then (because she had scanned my card) on the screen popped up the usual "Welcome to BJs, are you (my full name)?". I selected yes, and then the screen went to the credit card offers. At this point she was already pissed off that I had declined to get the card (I believe I had to tell her no twice) and said angrily "Why you select yes when you say no??" while jabbing at the decline button on the screen. I SELECTED YES BECAUSE THEY ASKED ME TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY. How did she not know that, and also have the audacity to get angry that I'm not signing up for another credit card?? I don't know who to contact about this but if anyone from the store is reading this, please let that lady know she should stop harassing customers about the card!

I have been buying at bjs for years but lately the expired products have been very bad. I have spoken with the managers several times and that problem does not end

I don't normally write reviews for wholesale clubs because it's wholesale club. But I feel that this is important for everyone to know.On June 27th of 2021, I went to the BJs in Downtown Flushing (the one on 40th Road in SkyView Mall) to purchase SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Shakes. I didn't pay much attention to the expiration when purchasing the shakes, trusting that stores don't sell expired products. Unfortunately for this purchase, I just realized this morning (after consuming about half the pack) the expiration date on the bottles was "October 10, 2020." The shakes were over 9 months expired. The worst part is that when I contacted the BJs in SkyView Mall about this situation, they didn't offer any apology and just said to bring the products back for store credit. The person I spoke tried to wave me off like this is not a big deal. Please check expiration dates on their food products.

We've been here a few times since we've moved to the area. I've been very picky about what stores we go into during the pandemic but we decided it was time to stock up. They follow all safety protocols (masks, social distancing markers, etc) and I've found in the times we've been it hasn't been super crowded and if an aisle has a few too many people we just walk away. It's been fully stocked for the most part especially with the essentials and other items and the lines have never been crazy long, a BJs hallmark. They do have free parking with a $75+ purchase which is easy to do (at least for me LOL).

Update during Covid-19:They now have free parking, as long as you spend at least $75 (which is quite easy to do here)!! Just get your parking ticket stamped upon exiting BJs. If you need to go to other stores at the mall, go for it! You have 3 hrs of free parking, starting from the entry time in your parking ticket. I came back to this location once again because the BJs in Long Island are just not as well stocked as this location. I was able to find Bounty paper towels (limit 2 per household). But, I was not able to find Scott toilet paper. They had other brands but not Scott. It's confusing for me when I come to this location, since I'm not too familiar with their layout but the more I come, the better it gets. This location continues to be well stocked and I will continue to come here when I can't find what I need in other locations (even though it's a little out of my way).Ditto to my previous review!
