Spent 2hrs waiting for 4 new tires to be installed and balanced when not other car was being serviced and two guys working on my car.
I would not recommend their service at all.
What a waste of time.

Poor reception / front desk skills. Took down most of my info incorrectly and a over use of the words, “ Got you” “ I Got you- I got you” No one answers the phones to check in after a week to see if you order of tires came in yet and after two weeks, I receive a call. On this call, the man has no idea of my the arrangements made on my tire order and asks me if I want to set an appointment.
After I bring him up to speed on details he offers to move up the existing appointment date by a day. On the day of the appointment a job that should of

rip off. When they sell tires they claim it has a warranty . However , when you try to use the warranty they find every excuse not to honor it . Made me wait 2 hours to deny my claim, despite still being in the warranty timeframe. Bought 4 new tires only for them to wear out less than 2 years. Support a local tire shop.

Came here to replace tires for 2 different cars, both times they broke something unrelated and caused more of a headache. The technician was very nice, but the core issue is that they usually have only 1 person working the entire store. He’s running around working on cars, taking calls, and doing all the paperwork on the computer. Of course something is bound to go wrong when someone is overextended. When we called for the manager to get the footage showing that they broke our trunk and scratched our taillight, they said “5 minutes” but we ended up waiting closer to 40 minutes.

Car had a flat tire, went in to get it fixed and found out it was covered under warranty. I was out within 30 minutes.

Find somewhere else to go!! I have called to is location 20 times over the past two weeks. Guess how many times someone picked up, ZERO! Based on the other reviews, I’m not even surprised. Business is obviously mismanaged, I’m glad I didn’t give you my business.

Awesome service. Top notch business practices… one thing I did NOT got however was the blowie that was promised as is implied in the business name, how come the lube service without some lube on the tube? Anyway… good shop.

Arrived at 1150 for a 12pm appointment for 4 new tires balanced. Left at 220.
2.5 hours to install and balance 4 tires.
New chips and scratches on all 4 wheels at the lugnuts.
Close this location ?
Go to Costco or pay the installation fee at a shop near you.
I should have cancelled my order when I read the other reviews.
*Update: Car is now shaking above 75mph. Going to find another shop to balance again.

Replaced all 4 tires on my 2019 Pilot. All 3 guys were friendly and professional. They took me in early and completed the job in under an hour. I would highly recommend this location. DON'T FORGET TO TIP, these guys work hard.

Please Management need to retrain your employees on the tire shop with customer service. Every time I go , I always had a bad experience. It’s like they hate their job . Now can someone explain me if that’s correct??

HASSLE! You have to pre-purchase tires online and book the appointment online. Good luck if you have a tire emergency and need same-day service!
