Extremely unprofessional. No one in the office area. Asked tire workers for help and all they could regurgitate was “wait I. The office”. As I said there wasn’t a person there he kept repeating the same thing. Guess they are trained.

I been coming to this BJ's for years I recently came in and witness the most horrible thing I could experience the general manager satchel was very nasty and disrespectful to a male employee the way he belittled that young man was disgusting as a dad I would never downgrown a young man or let alone someone who work for me I just don't unnderstand why would BJ's hire a man like that to run the store BJ's need to do better

Horrible customer service! If you want to order a special cake, and you have some questions, you better be fluent in Spanish or you are plain out of luck at this location. I called several times until someone finally answered the phone in the bakery department. Before I finally got through to the Bakery department I called customer service and the phone kept ringing with no answer for at least three minutes. when I finally spoke to someone in the bakery department, there was a huge language barrier but I managed to find out when they close. I went later on in the evening to order a cake and the same women that I spoke to on the phone were in the bakery department. I had a question but I tried and tried but I couldn't communicate it to the lady. So I went to customer service and the people behind the counter at customer service just stared at me and one of them was extremely rude and said no I can't help you. They were not polite at all. What the hell do you hire people to run your service desk if they can't do their job? The place is run by rude and poorly trained people. Find another location.

On this store it would take you more time to stand on the line to get out of the store than doing all the shopping. When you pay though the app you still have to stand online and the associates can curse you out and the supervisor would back them up but not the customers. RUDE people

Just left BJ's at 8:00 P.M. I just received amazing service from an employee named Sirah. She was so sweet and polite. I just had to leave a review. Give Sirah a raise! She is amazing !

Worst BJ’s tire center, do not take your car there. Staff was unprofessional since I got there and gave me attitude because he was busy apparently watching a football game and snacking. After an hour and a half of waiting they finally began working on my car just to shear off one of the lugs and called me to complain that there were another two and didn’t know how to take them off. The person who attended me did not want to work and did not have any customer service skills.Ok

I love BJ's!!!! They are the best! They have pasta sauce that's just as good as Rao's and the price is right on! The deli is one of my favorite stops. I love the huge selections of ice cream! My kids love that part!

This tire center doesn't even deserve to have not even a half of star. I love my Bjs membership but I wouldn't recommend buying tires from them. The customer service is mediocre, the front person staff named Jeff had the nastiest attitude, unhelpful and seemed bothered when I showed up for my appointment.He was not attentive and dragging his feet around. He refused to service my truck because of one lugnut appeared to them to be faulty. That to me was an excuse because since the beginning the staff named Jeff appeared like he didn't want to work.I complained about it and the supposedly manager showed up offering no help whatsoever.Do yourself a favor and NEVER purchase tires from here or use their tire service. The staff need some serious customer service training. Go someplace else!!!! This has been the worst experience ever with tires. If you value your time, money and your vehicle do not do business with them or his staff "Jeff".Stay away from here!!!!!

Purchased my tires had an appointment walked away and waited 2 1/2 hours to get my tires installed where they took everybody else in front of me . I guess you have to sit there and make sure that they work on your car that would be my advice!!!

Ehhh this was a definite miss for me. I prefer the Valley Stream BJ's. I've been spoiled by them. This BJ's is located inside of a mall which you would think that that would be a great thing but unfortunately there was nothing great about this place. Everything seemed to be placed backwards.They don't have a plethora of the items that I'm used to getting in the Valley Stream BJ's. A lot of things are missing. Things that you think would be grouped together were designated in different areas. There was a lot of confusion here. Especially while entering. There's barely anybody checking you in to make sure that you're actually a BJ's member so it's like anybody can come in.

I had some issues booking my installation where my reservation changed with no notice so I had to go back a different day.Install was fast and the staff was helpful, waiting room had nice amenities like a water cooler and smart tv for you to use while you wait.My only other complaint is there was a missing tire cap on one of the wheels where there should be a manufacturer logo but with no contact number for this location it’s difficult to get it resolved without dealing with bj’s automated system and a clueless offsite rep when I just need to speak with the people there.

I like my BJ's membership and have bought full sets of tires on several occasions. For the last two days I stopped in to shop, buy and schedule an appointment. The problem is no one up front at the register at all ( I waited for 30 min each) to inquire about the brands / prices to purchase. I wasn't the only one attempting the same. The mechanics never came up front to see what we wanted and instead were laughing and joking loudly in the bays with each other. I decided to look around in their tire storage room and didn't see the correct size for my Honda CRV and decided to abandon my efforts to buy tires with this crew who ignore everyone and buy tires elsewhere.

When I bought tires at this place, all four of them, I was assured that further services related to tires will be taken care of promptly.Little did I know that a wait time for a flat would be more than 2 hours, and actual fixing 45 minutes. When the car was finally done, no one told me as I was waiting, and the car was still insire the shop. I had to ask if it's been done. So, I drove the car out of the shop myself. I started the engine and the "Check Tire pressure" red alarm was still on. I checked the pressure of the fixed tire manually, and it was low. The mechanic did not even bother to look at the door sticker what the required tire pressue is, as he was assuring me that he even pumped more air. He did not: my gauge showed 38 psi, as opposed to 41! He did not even finish doing business with me, when he gave his full attention to two newly arrived bikers.I will never go back to this place again. I have nver experiences such indifferently poor service.I DO NOT recommend this Tire place to anyone, as I am a totally disappointed customer.P.S. Does anyone from the BJ's Management Crew care? Do they ever read valuable customer feedback in order to facilitate their process improvement and service quality?

ZERO STARS!!!!!! - FOR BJs TIRE CENTER COUNTER PERSON The waste of space who works the counter is intentionally unhelpful. Asks for my paperwork, I tell him I only got an email and I could give my order number. He says I needed to print it out. I say NOWHERE does it say in the email that I need to bring a printout. He says I can forward it to his email address (
[email protected]). I do, he says he never got it. WHY he can't print what he needs from my order#, I don't know. And he doesn't TRY to explain or be helpful in ANY WAY. The Jets/Steelers game and his cell phone were way more important than me. He's going nowhere, career-wise. No decent company would hire him. FIVE STARS ***** FOR TJ, MY TIRE INSTALLER He was the solution man. He had a better attitude and was just trying to get the job done, rather than making my life difficult. For every PROBLEM the counter l**** threw out, TJ helped with a solution. BJs need to hire 5 more TJs and dump the clown at the counter.
