I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit a local nail salon that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. My experience at this establishment was nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to prevent others from enduring the same ordeal.Upon entering the nail salon, I was immediately struck by the lackluster atmosphere and disorganized setup. The overall ambiance was far from inviting, making me question my decision to stay. Ignoring my initial reservations, I proceeded with getting a manicure, hoping that the service would compensate for the unimpressive surroundings.Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed as soon as the technician began working on my nails. The lack of skill and attention to detail was apparent from the start. The technician's technique was amateur at best, resulting in uneven nail lengths and jagged edges. It was evident that they lacked the necessary training and experience to deliver a quality manicure. I couldn't help but feel frustrated by the shoddy craftsmanship that was unfolding before my eyes.Adding insult to injury, the technician's attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. Any attempts to communicate my preferences or concerns were met with condescension and impatience. It was as though my presence was an inconvenience to them, and they couldn't be bothered to provide even the most basic level of customer service. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a paying customer. As the appointment dragged on, the technician's poor attitude persisted. Their demeanor made me question whether they truly understood the concept of customer service. They seemed annoyed by every question I asked and made no effort to engage in even the most basic conversation. Their curt responses and irritated expressions only added to the already unpleasant experience.By the time my manicure was finally completed, I was beyond disappointed. The finished result was a far cry from what I had hoped for, with uneven nail polish, messy cuticles, and a general lack of attention to detail. It was evident that the technician's lack of skill and care had resulted in a subpar outcome. In conclusion, my visit to this nail salon was an overwhelmingly negative experience. The combination of poor technical skills, rude attitude, and unprofessional behavior left me regretting my decision to set foot in this establishment. I strongly advise anyone seeking quality service and a pleasant experience to look elsewhere. This nail salon is a prime example of how a lack of skill, care, and professionalism can lead to a customer's dissatisfaction and frustration.Service: Manicure

I have been going hete for years back when it was Bling Nails. The problem is with the new management and how they handle issues that come up. For the most part everything was fine. Then last time I got the SNS (powder dip) I had two nails chip and one crack down the center within 2 days of having them done. I went back to speak with the manager who was not happy that I was back (but I reminded her she was there when I had been there ). She begrudgingly offered to dip all my nails again -!: started to dip them all. In my heart of hearts this did not seem right since in the past (at other salons) when this had happened they would remove all the dio from the cracked nail and start again. Princess nails DID NOT! instead they just dipped over the cracked nails. Two weeks later I went back to get them done and realized that to my astonishment the nail had broken and dipped over had started to grow a fungus! I was very upset and showed the manager explaining she should have removed everything when she fixed it and asked her what could she do now to help rectify it! She immediately got defensive and said it was because I took too long to come back and get my nails done . If that was the case wouldn’t more then one nail have an issues. She was rude and abrupt so I asked her then to just remove the SNS product off my nails. She begrudgingly did it mumbling under her breath the whole time and then proceeded to charge me $10! Never again! It’s so not worth the few dollars you may spend in the end when they are not using best and most sanitary methods! Save your nails and spend a little more $! After many years will no longer go here! Safe your nails and go somewhere else !Services: Pedicure

WORST NAIL SALON EVER, SO RUDE!! Nail polish was done and there were bubbles in the polish, I asked the nail tech to re-do the polish that was clearly not good and she told me I am crazy!....Yes, a paying customer who doesn't want their polish to look like it has bubbles in it and is rotting is the crazy one! Salon needs to use better quality products and learn customer service skills! Never went back to this joke of an establishment! Had to give 1 star to write the review, otherwise, it would be ZERO stars!

I don’t know why i keep going back since there are so many nail salons near me. They are very expensive and bare bones. No hot towels, no cuticle oil, no hand soaking and very expensive. For some reason they are always busy.Services: Manicures

I've been going to this nail salon for a few years now. I recommend making an appointment if you don't like waiting. The ladies are very nice and accommodating. They have a tv you can watch while you're getting your nails done.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had for both of the two times I’ve ever been there. The first time I asked the technician to put a design on my ring finger nail and she snapped and said no. Then felt bad after 15 minutes and said she’ll do it. At that point I just wanted to go eat lol so I said nevermind. After that she came by and messed up the polish on one of the nails and didn’t fix it. New day: I stopped by quickly to just get my eyebrows waxed (not my usual spot but I got out of work late) and they got aggressive with me because I wanted to take my eyebrow makeup off and she didn’t understand what I was saying. Ripped literal skin off of my eyelid and now I’m bleeding and in pain. The nastiest employees I’ve ever dealt with especially for people who got tipped despite the fact I’m bleeding.Services: Acrylic nails
