Worst service ever. The staff is incredibly rude. You are better off washing your clothes by hand.

Facility is dirty, and at times during the wash your clothes get oil stains from the machines.Friendly staff and inexpensive.

Just stay away from this laundry. The machines are old and have many issues, but the owners don't invest money at all to fix them. Even more, when I claim them that there is issue, they get upset and shout to me. Again NEVER NEVER USE this laundry!
I can list some of the examples; one day water didn't come out from a machine. I claimed them about it, but they just ignored. The other day, I set to hot washing, but it was not. They said it just doesn't work, and ignored my complaint at all. They are not reimbursing you even there is an issue which is completely their fault.
AGAIN, STAY AWAY from this LAUNDRY! Price is cheaper, but you will have to pay more money in the end to complete your washing!!!!

Old and dirty. The only good part; there is always a free washing machine and a dryer which for me, that I am a Manhattan "transplant" into queens it's quite something new. But they def need to invest into upgrading and cleaning it a little. :-/
