Employee was sexist and refused to sell lottery tickets to a female stating the age to purchase is 21 when the law in NY is 18. Didn’t even bother checking ID. Sent in our brother and sold to him no issue. NY lottery commission, BBB, and DEPT of consumer affairs will receive the complaint as well!

I always filled my gas here. So I took my car there for inspection. They said my car needs a new break which cost $395. Without it, I will fail the inspection. I took it to another dealer, the break doesn’t need changing. It still has 70%. I don’t suggest anyone using their service.

Horrible place. They took my mother’s car In to check what was wrong. Never told us there would be a charge for “touching the car”. Then fights with us to pay to get the car back & has an attitude. We asked to pay half of the fee & the manager had an attitude. We never entered the actual store only spoke to Carlos outside and he said not to worry he will check . This place is a scam.

There is this one mechanic that always shows me this same dirty filter with this one leaf on it and tells me it’s my filter and it needs to be replaced. This is his scam. He will say “This is what you’re breathing” to get you to change it. He probably only does it with women. As I was leaving I could see his “prop” filter still on the work station. So don’t fall for his scam. I will NOT be returning to this place of business.

BP 73-15 Parsons Blvd Fresh Meadows 11366 Used BP Credit card for only a few bucks. Pumped, hung up, printed receipt. Got cc bill for my $20 PLUS another gas purchase for $55! Someone SKIMMED the pump. FNBO BP credit card fraud dept denied my claim. Such BULL. No investigation. WATCH OUT.
