To start off the staff is amazingly nice. Took my vehicle there thinking I needed brakes and they told me my brakes we're fine. Very honest shop highly recommended.

They fixed my car as best they could and when there was an issue with their work they corrected it free of charge. They’re not cheap but I would trust them to maintain a new car.

Had an unfortunate car breakdown problem in Queens, NY where I chose to be towed to Brendan's Service Station early in the morning after quickly scanning their google reviews waiting for the tow truck. Let me tell you... this place is 5 STARS 1000%. Here's why - Being from out of town 3 hours away, you are always nervous with a new mechanic if they are going to charge you more or be really honest about things... or even be able to squeeze you into their schedule. Would they care about me??
When I called them on the phone telling them I was from out of town and going to be towed there, Eric who took my call was EXTREMELY helpful listening to my breakdown issue and even had me email him photos of the tire axle issue BEFORE I got there so they could assess my problem in advance! (Unheard of!) He quickly called back and said it was best to see the car before any parts were ordered but they were on top of things!
When I arrived with the car and tow truck, I was greeted by Nile and another gentleman (I forget his name, sorry) but both were super kind and cordial! Once we got the car off the tow truck, it wasn't more than 5-10 minutes before they started assessing the problem! This is with a lot full of cars, office full of customers and what seemingly was a super busy fast paced Friday morning schedule!
I'll cut the story short but just to say they took very kind to me being an out-of-town stranger and potential one-time customer they would never see again. They went above and beyond! The two hours I was there in the office, they made me feel warm and welcomed. Watching them work, their phone calls, jokes, they were like a close nit family. The interactions with other customers were far more on the caring side than business side, especially with the few elder customers specifically. If you live in Queens, you would be INSANE not to go here and trust them as your mechanics. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. They turned my day around and I couldn't be more grateful to them! Thank you everyone from Brendan's! - Kyle from upstate

I had an excellent experience at Brendan’s Service in Queens! My car needed some urgent repairs, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they took me in right away and got everything fixed on the spot. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also had a great time chatting with the guys running the place – they made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend them – 10/10!

Got a wheel alignment done quick and easy, everyone was very friendly. They even double checked under my car and pointed out some oil drip from the drain plug. Definitely will be coming here from now on. Other mechanic shops in the area are always rude and they end up fixing one thing and breaking another. These guys at Brendan's seem honest, respectable and reliable, I'll gladly take my chances with them for any future repairs. Great attitude speaks for itself!

Love this place! Eric was soooo nice! I explained to him that my tire was on the brink of shredding into pieces and I was having my tires shipped to his shop and the earliest day that was available was over a week away and I didn’t think I would make it till then. He told me he was booked until then but he looked a little more and told me he could squeeze me in!! What an absolute life saver! They took me at 7am when they opened- they were there and ready to go at 7. By 9:30 I saw a missed call and went to pick up my car by 11. They serviced my car so fast I couldn’t even believe it. They were nice enough to make me feel at ease with leaving all of my stuff in my car that I would normally remove before being serviced to avoid any problems with things going missing. He told me they are like a family and I had nothing to worry about and I believed him. I came back, my tires were on and everything was exactly where I left it; very trustworthy people. I asked them about a transmission flush because my car was clunking and instead of just setting me up for an unnecessary or overpriced service, they earnestly told me that it may not be a good idea to flush because it might make it worse. I always thought mechanics would oversell or over-exaggerate problems to make the maximum profit from customers or at least that’s what I’ve seen and heard, but they did not do that and that spoke volumes. Instead they told me to bring it in and they would look at it and assess what needs to be done. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend this place as they are very caring and professional individuals that go above and beyond to retain their customers! I will be returning this week to have them look at it and see what they can do further to have my car driving and looking like when I first got it! Thank you again Eric! You guys are AMAZING!

A Jeep turned late and hit my front left side. Thankfully it was just the tire that hit it but I also needed the black trim piece. Eric was super helpful and gave me a fair quote and got me a new bumper and plastic trim piece quickly!
