Mr. Kim helped me out a lot! I got hit in a multiple vehicle accident mid-August and the insurance situation was complicated, and the folks at Brothers Complete Auto Repair were super helpful and understanding. They held into my car for a month, gave an accurate quote, dealt with the adjusters who came for photos, etc. They did a great repair job (tire rod replacement) and made my stressful situation much easier.

I visited this shop because another mechanic said I needed to fix the front right axle, but one side was fused to the transmission. If the transmission was to get damaged in the process of pulling out the axle, it could cost more than $4000 to fix everything. Took it here and the cost was $350. Jay, the owner, calmly explained everything - pretty much the same thing that I heard from the first mechanic - except he was able to pull out the axel in less than 30 minutes while the first mechanic couldn't pull it out even after 2 hours. This shop is farther away, but I'm coming here for anything beyond oil change. This shop is so busy that I don't want to burden him with oil changes.

The nicest and responsible workers ever I had an emergency due to a radiator breaking down on the highway and they allowed me to bring the car into the shop and they worked on it in the next two days I was fortunate to have them as a team and definitely bringing my car to them every time even if they are a bit far from me

The entire right side of my car got torched when someone set a pile of Christmas trees next to it on fire. You would never know it after Brothers got through with it, including cleaning the interior of all smoky smells. They also stood by their work a couple of months later when I was having a problem with one of the replaced doors, which they fixed at no cost.

This place is the worst auto repair shop I have ever been to! The people here are rude and unprofessional. They replaced something and left garbage inside my trunk and didn't even clean it. I left my car here for 2 weeks and they called us to come pick it up then it wasn't totally fixed then I had to bring the car back 2 days later since their was an issue with something they installed. Also they damaged something in the car that has to do with electrical wiring and now we have to take the car to a main dealership to fix. The boss here is horrible as well. Save your money and time! don't go here! I wouldn't go to this place even if they offered free repairs.

I had a car accident. I paid 3,000 dollars, but only the exterior was corrected and the interior was not repaired, so the air conditioner condenser was bent and the air conditioner did not work. In addition, After I complained on the phone, he broke my car key and attached with glue to turn it back. I believed them because they are Christian but I am very disappointed.

I had a car accident, and the left side of my car was functionally and cosmetically damaged. They fixed the fender, front door, rear door, and the last panel. They also touched minor scratches and finished with a car wash. My car looks new now. The owner was very responsive. He responded less than a day. The work quality was excellent.
