I agree with the first review. My mom said the staff from the seafood and meat department give you a nasty attitude when they are serving you, mind they are hired to serve the customers. My mom rarely get meat from here anymore due to their nasty attitude. She goes to GW supermarket which has better customer service. Don't think this supermarket care for customer service. Beside food stamp, this place also accept OTC card from Medicaid UH, Emblem, Fidelis and etc., I think this is the reason why this place is always super crowded compare to other supermarket. And most of the customer's cart is fully loaded making the line super slow. Another reason I don't like going here. Aisles are not spacious enough to fit two shopping cart going opposite directions. You will always bump into other customer and need to say a lot of EXCUSE ME. Also they raised the threshold for free parking. Used to be $30 and get 1.5 hour free parking. now you have to spend $50. It is very stressful shopping here. Wouldn't recommend if you don't have the patience to deal with the congested crowd and the grannies shopping cart rolling over you foot.

Every Friday morning, I come here at 8:30am to buy groceries for the week for products that are advertised in The World Journal. Every Friday, I see the employees in the Seafood and Meat stalls stowing away the best cuts of meat and seafood to keep for themselves and their friends and family who come in as well. In fact, they do so openly in front of other customers. Sometimes, they spend the first hour after opening to prepare their 'specialty' cuts for their own purchase and will ask you to come back once they're done doing so. What's left are the ones that they deem are subpar and it shows. What they don't want are the small fish, seafood items, and cuts of meat. They refuse to go back and find other cuts because those are the ones they are keeping for themselves as well. Whenever an auntie nearby asks if there are any more, they are yelled at by the stall workers. It's the worst treatment I've seen in a Flushing Chinese supermarket by staff in decades. Why even advertise these products if the rest of what is available for the public are not good.
