I usually use internet banking. Today I first went to the bank to ask questions about some things. A Chinese woman sat at the front desk to receive the receptionist. Her expression and speech were racist and very rude person. She didn't want to answer my questions and said if you have any questions, call to customer service. From her actions, it was clear that this bank was not standard.

ATM's do not open 24hrs, only while bank is open. So if you need some cash after business hours you can not retrieve it.

This is a terrible bank. I went to the bank at 2 pm on Saturday to get cash out from ATM to buy lunch. The door is locked and I can not get inside using the ATM card. I'm done with this bank. I'm closing the account and I'm going to Chase bank.

When I took the bank elevator, my child and I were locked in the elevator for more than 40 minutes. I knocked on the doors on both sides for more than 40 minutes. The bank staff said they didn't hear them. Going to this bank was the most terrifying experience in my life. Afterwards, the bank Like it never happened. I decided to change banks.

As I stepped into the bank this afternoon, I never anticipated the ordeal that awaited me. All I wanted was to withdraw my hard-earned funds, but what ensued was a disheartening display of incompetence and disrespect.
The teller, an elderly Asian lady, seemed determined to make my transaction as arduous as possible. Despite providing thorough verification, including showcasing my Capital One app account balance, she insisted that my money had not cleared—a blatant falsehood that left me incredulous.
Frustration turned to disbelief when the manager, a Hispanic woman, was called over. Rather than swiftly resolving the issue, she callously instructed me to wait, leaving me feeling utterly dismissed.
That was the final straw. I left the bank immediately, demanding the return of my card. Little did I know, the ordeal was far from over. Just ten minutes later, I discovered a hold had been placed on my account—a petty move that only added insult to injury.
In the aftermath of this appalling experience, I urge others to seek refuge in institutions like JP Morgan Chase, where dignity and respect are upheld. No one should ever be made to feel like a second-class citizen, especially when entrusting their finances to a supposed bastion of service. I'll be closing my account this week!

I attempted to visit this branch to use the atm and could not get in. There were other people who were also trying to do the same. A female staff person eventually came out saying that the bank is closed. I explained that I only wanted to use the atm and was informed that apparently atm use is not allowed either. The bank is completely closed. This is ridiculous and what's the point of the atm if they won't allow customers to use it when the bank is not open?
