Will no longer be utilizing any credit cards from this bank. My husband got his first card from them 3 years ago to build credit. His credit limit is very low and after three years of using the card with on time payments, every credit line increase request has been denied. We called customer service and none of the agents are able to assist. They are a joke!

Went in to open an account. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone, all the employees saw me but no one came up to me. Eventually I decided to go up to one of them and asked if I could open up an account. All she said was "You need to open it yourself". Very poor customer service. Everyone in this branch needs to learn some manners.

My parents went in to ask about their high yield savings account and the interest rate. Was told there’s no such thing. Unknowledgeable people there. I opened one through my app but my parents wanted to learn more about it at a local Chinese branch. Can’t believe they just pushed away a business.

I would have given this bank location 1 star, if I went by my interaction with the gentleman in the far corner. I was told yesterday to return before 4PM (cut off for the bank processing/buy back foreign currency), and this gentleman kept insisting that bank didn't do that. I looked for and went to the lady that was helping yesterday. She and another lady went through processing the currency, even though they've never done it before and from what I over heard it's a new system. Thank you ladies for being patient and helping, instead of just saying the bank doesn't do that just to get rid of me.

The Chinese female teller (the receipt says Fang but she YELLED that it's Frances) is rude, disrespectful and surly because she doesn't know what she's doing and is too immature to admit it. If you want to close an account, do it over the phone, save yourself some time and avoid this particularly incompetent teller. She took over 30 minutes and after multiple attempts, ripping multiple receipts, just gave me a withdrawal slip and tried to give me the remaining balance on my account in cash (with pennies, dimes and quarters). When I asked that I wanted a bank check, she looked at me incredulously and yelled, "You want a check?! You didn't say so!" well, she didn't ask. Just started handing out pennies. Pennies?! I was suspicious so I called their customer service 1-800 line to verify that my account was closed and I was right. The teller did NOT close the account. At least the person on the phone knew what they were doing. Took less than 5 minutes. Can't say the same for this "Frances" or "Fang" who used rudeness to cover up her ineptitude, took over 30 minutes and for all that didn't even get the job done. I had to call the 1-800 number.

After capital one closed all the branches that people in College Point have access to, this elderly person hiked to this out of the way branch only to find it inaccessible. I am removing my accounts from c one once and for all, as they obviously don’t have customers’ in mind when they close branches. They could have at least put a branch atm on College Pt Blvd for the locals!

We went there at 10am want open a company account, Front desk name Tina Lin ,she said let me have a look what documents you have and I gave to her ,after she check ,she throw the paper on the chair,and she said you need more documents! Very impolite !rude ! Won’t open any account at this bank !

Some tellers are unprofessional without any knowledge and worst customer service ever. Called the Branch Manager and was unresponsive. Try to avoid this branch as much as you can.
