I paid for a bouquet on Monday for delivery by Friday. I called Friday at 2 since it hadn't been delivered and they told me 330 delivery. Then at 4PM I called back and they dont have my order and asked how I planned on paying for the one they were going to make. An terrible store.

I highly recommend Carol as a wedding florist. She has a great sense of aesthetics when it comes to flower arrangements and combinations. The pricing is also very reasonable. The centerpieces at my wedding were so pretty and guests took them home at the end.

I chose this place based on stellar online reviews, and it's conveniently just a few blocks from my house. Our first visit was for Mother's Day and Teacher Appreciation Day, as my wife holds both roles. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of flowers you received for the price. Despite the language barrier with the lady on our initial visit, I managed to get what I wanted. Since we also needed flowers for my mother-in-law, we returned to this shop. To my delight, the second order surpassed the first. Our second interaction was with the owner, who spoke fluent English, provided excellent service, and was very friendly. Previously, we used to go to Flushing or Bayside for flowers, but now we've found our go-to flower shop at Carol's Flower Studio. I highly recommend it to friends, family, and any new shoppers. Oh, and preordering is the way to go.

I had chosen Carol for my wedding because she had been the florist for one of my girl friend's wedding & I absolutely loved her work. She did an amazing job with my event & my guests were impressed with her work. Her arrangements, arch and details were raved about. She truly delivered more than what I & my husband could have expected. The value of of what was given was beyond a doubt worth it!

Carol did a wonderful job with my wedding florals. Everything from the bouquets to the centerpieces was done beautifully.I gave Carol some photo inspirations and she did a great job recreating it, using the specific florals I requested and within the colors I wanted.Highly recommend Carol and her team!

Carol is absolutely amazing. While wedding planning, I was actually very hesitant to get a florist because they're usually so expensive. I was basically told by a previous florist, good luck with your requests with such a low budget. But Carol was able to fulfill my requests within budget. And everything looked absolutely stunning. Carol invited us to her shop and sat us down, discussing what color preferences and what flowers/styles we liked for both centerpieces and bouquets. She listened to everything we said and I had a no worries at all in terms of needing to do my own centerpieces. She took care of the flowers, delivered them hours prior to the venue, and organized everything on the tables. My guests, family, and I were all very very happy with how everything looked. At the end of the reception, none of the centerpieces were left because everyone loved them and took them! I would recommend her to everyone. Definitely go to Carol for your florals. She will make your life much easier and make wedding planning stress free. Thank you again Carol!

Carol was wonderful floweriest!! We ask her for wedding decoration. and it was so beautiful and amazing! I asked her for yellow flower theme and she perfectly made it. I was so happy and made my dream wedding!!very well communicated and she everything was on time.The price was very reasonable compare to other flower shop.Im really glad to meet Carol!she was a wonderful floweriest ! Carol was recommended by my wedding photographer. And I'm so GLAD that we went with her as my florist! I absolutely fell in love with her work when I saw her Instagram. She is such a great person to work with and has been communicative from the start to finish. We had some last minute changes, which includes adding a ceremony arch and yet, Carol was so accommodating and able to make it happen. Fast forward to our big day, she absolutely blew my mind when I walked into the room. Everything came out so perfect! @Carol, thank you for making my vision come true Highly recommend her!
