@ Elmhurst Branch: No appointment to come in, no waiting on line. Teller refer my concern to the Representative and with a blink of my eye William Chen was helping me. He understand me very well. All questions/transactions/online issue was done professional and quick while I was sitting on the chair. All who I met at this branch was friendly and professional. Love this branch! They have great service and altitude! Yesterday I went to this branch, a guy called William Chen whom served me in that branch. I was consulting him with some mortgage issue. He seems to be very knowledge in this field and also took time to explain to me in details. Even though I haven't become his customer yet, I am greatly appreciated for his patience and time. I will definitely look forward to have him to help me out in getting a mortgage once the seller confirms me to be the chosen buyer! :)
