While I feel like everything in this mini-strip along Main is changing every few years, somehow this Chase branch has remained despite being one of the sadder locations in Flushing. It's not going to win any awards anytime soon, but I've somehow managed to come out with what I've wanted each time I've been here. The customer service is poor and the street parking is maddening. There is no nearby public transit and the ATM is often filthy. If I can't head to a bigger branch further down on Main near the subway, i'll occasionally find myself here looking for cash before spending it on one of the nearby cash-only businesses. So come in here with a plan: Use the ATM inside if you don't want to deal with the sticky buttons on the outside. Try to be here during open business hours. Keep the requests super simple for the staff and try not to allow them to handle any major paperwork for account related stuff. If the machine on the outside is not working, I'll go inside to either make a quick deposit or withdrawal and that's it. On occasions there is a line here since the tellers are slow. If that's the case, get a glove and head to the ATM outside. Just pray that it's working.

I was a walk-in customer, and they greeted me right away.It's a small branch but very efficient.The lady who helped me was very nice and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns.Really took the time to help me!

You guys NEVER clean up around your atm! You have one single atm outside and theres always so much trash. You literally have 2 staff in there with so much free time you cant take 5 minutes to clean your 10 feet of space? Whoever manages this place simply doesnt care yet so many hospital workers come here. Absolutely inexcusable.

Understaffed, only one banker working in the front with 3-4 customers waiting. The rest of 2 tellers are supposedly working in the back. Waited for over 15 mins.

This is the WORST Chase Bank in the area. I'm Asian but apparently since I'm not a supreme wearing, Louis Vuitton toting, Maserati driving chick, I'm not valued here. This branch seems to prioritize their customers based on race and their status as F.O.B. money children. I waited in line for 10 mins to use their interior ATM when a bank teller informs a customer they can cut me in line because "You're an important customer" (Said in Cantonese) When I questioned the teller, she told me that the customer had "More money than me so he has priority". WHATINTHEACTUALFCK? The guy then whips out like 5 different debit cards and proceeds to make a multitude of transactions. The guy in front of me doesn't seem to care that he's holding up the entire line as he withdraws cash from one account and deposit it into another multiple times. I start saying something to the person behind me in line who is also visibly annoyed. The teller then comes over and proceeds to tell me "You can use outside ATM if so rush." Well, no, I can't. There's also 3 people already on the line outside. The teller is useless. This is some backwards freaking way to do business.

I previously banked with someone else but am a freshly turn adult so I knew basically nothing about credit or debit accounts. I read the reviews on here and was hesitant to go in due to the idea that it may be overly busy. I called ahead to ask and they scheduled an appointment for me right away. Literally no wait time at all; so, CALL AHEAD! I was with ZhaoYu or Jay Chen. He was totally awesome: walked me through everything, helped me understand different accounts, and even help me with credit. I had so many d*** questions and errors and he was so patient. He also assured me he would follow up and made sure I understand all the conditions and even helped me set up my chase app and apple pay. You need to bank with him if anything, call ahead and ask for Jay Chen.

Worst worst I mean worst customer service I have business account, checking account, saving account with chase for past 25 years been to this 3 or 4 times every times when you go there you see all rude , disrespectful, undertrained, arrogant, full of ego staff not one all of them I writing them so people avoid going there not bcoz of all this reasons bcoz you will save your time they don’t want to help you any if you tell what you want tell ignore the thing and or they behave like they don’t understand I would like to see chase close this branch or change all the people who are working there I will not be going there anymore

Although I truly enjoy the seamless and professionalism of Chase Bank and have been a loyal customer for many years, this branch has the worst customer service I've ever seen at a bank. They yelled at and disrespected myself and my mother in law in front of the whole bank. Management should fire all employees at this branch... Very embarrassing and unfortunate situation.
