This is the worse Chase bank branch I ever been. There is no desire or purpose in this place to help the clients.

Went to deposit money had my picture new not expired ID on my phone and my expired ID in hand. Wrote my account number I asked to give me the courtesy to just deposit money into my account and they refused horrible horrible customer service. The manager didn't get her name shrugged her shoulders when I said the other chase was nice and let me deposit without issue. And said that's them and you already got the courtesy. Basically o well mind you that was 2 years ago. Sad part is all this ATM machines are taking our jobs because of the bad customer experience.

I have come three times on different days, I have tried to acquire my credit card. They leave me waiting for a long time and don't give me a response or attention.

It was a pleasure of working with him during my visit to this Chase branch. He was so helpful to me, listened to my needs and was very easy to work with to set up estate account. His indepth knowledge, follow-up and follow through made it so easy and was able to answer any questions I had. He is very detail oriented true professional!
He is the best! If you are looking for a banker who knows and cares ... go to Jin Kim. you won't regret it!

Very disappointed about service I just wanted a simple service and the Chinese guy just ask me are you united state citizenship a have my account since 10 years and no body's ask that and this guy just to do a simple transaction acting like a racist person very very disappointed ?

I had to do some account management jobs for my dad who just returned to the cointry. A banker named Shewa was on point helping my dad. My dad was really appreciating the professional assistance he got at this location

Chase charged my husband five back to back overdraft fees totaling $170. When he tried to explain that he was on disability and that the fees which triggered the overdraft were reversed because they were never supposed to be charged to his account the teller told him it didn't matter and there was nothing Chase would do. Terrible customer service. We won't be banking with chase further.

This location is great, but the parking lot gets crowded. Google showed the location as busy but there was no wait on a Thursday at 12 noon. Staff was friendly. This location doesn't have a Notary but you can get one at the Bay Terrace location or at Raindew Supermarket a few blocks away - one of the pharmacists is a notary. If you are depositing cash at the teller and you have your debit card, you don't need to fill out a deposit slip.

One of the bank tellers, Joanne, was curt and rude during the transaction. She left her chair and called "next" before I even got to say "thank you"...even though the experiment wasn't worth the gratitude.
