Absolutely a disgrace. My 85-year-old mother went there after receiving a fake phone call with an AI version of my voice asking for money after I was "arrested" (mind you, I am a 60-year-old housewife) and Chase simply allowed her to take out $7500 cash without even bothering to call me. Later on; they phoned, but it was too late. Meanwhile, this scam is running rampant in their precinct, according to the police. No reimbursement allowed from the bank, of course. For shame, aiding in the scamming of innocent seniors!! I will never use Chase.

Tellers in the evening shift during the week are horrible at customer service I wouldn’t recommend coming here for service unless during morning hours

This is a typical branch bank. There is nothing special about it. It has 3 ATMs in the lobby, but the door to enter the lobby is heavy and difficult to open. There is no automatic door opening for the handicapped. There is a ramp, but not being able to automatically open the door is a big negative

Horrible branch,No one knows what they are doing or how banking even works. They blatantly steal money. Charged me a fee even though you are a customer.Everyone looks at you and not once do they ask if you require any assistance. Tellers are know it alls and don’t know anything messed up in my transaction 2x. People tell you they are gonna find out what’s going on and then completely forget about you. I spent 1hour and 30 mins in the branch to get tossed around between agents and still not get any help .Terrible customer service the only reason they got 1 star is because they have multiple atms so there never a wait to use the machines. This is why online banking platforms are going to be the end of brick and mortar stores. Don’t come here if you need actual help.

The card reader to open the doors after hours to use the ATM is broken all the time and the manager does nothing to fix it. The ATM machines sometimes won't accept my cards either.

Always use ATM at 6AM using electronic card entry. Suddenly it doesn't work. Security guard waiting out side in cold tells me it's now time locked to open @7:00 AM. WHY? A lot of people use this ATM on way to work @6:AM and earlier. A lot of early bird customers are POed about this. Another reason not to use this branch! Close it down!

I come here because this is one of the closest banks to my house. It is always clean and the atms are always working. There is a big parking lot which is a plus for queens. It conveniently located on the corner of main and union. Wish they had a drive thru but I guess there isnt enough space for one. Come check this chase out

Worst management ever, went there today and only one teller was working and five others standing around and going to get themselves a coffee or snacks or just standing around by the entrance telling everybody somebody will be with them shortly.Waited in line for a while and it’s not moving at all so I had to leave,such a waste if time!!
