This branch has by far, the best customer service working at a Chase branch. Even without a private client business rep, Ms. Monica, an associate banker together with Ms. Rene, the branch manager were able to resolve a business account reactivation issue in ten minutes.If Mr. Jamie Dimon sees this review, please take note that as a client with Chase for over 40 years, this was by far the best and BUSINESS FRIENDLY customer service experience I have ever had with Chase.MDF

After not being greeted, there was no sign up sheet available or anyone to talk to. The only banker there was busy therefore Couldn’t get any guidance. Decide to wait in the lounging area to be seen and open an account. 35 mins passed and I was told accounts couldn’t be open after 530pm therefore I was exited out of the location and told to either book an apt or come back another day. do not recommend this location, nor should you bank with them.

Says branch opens at 8:30 am. Today's date is 6/13/2019 and it is 8:40 and the doors are still closed. It appears that this location has an issue with time.

I visited here during a slow time. There were two tellers, one who was clearly in training. The senior teller was very helpful in assisting me in some transactions that were new to me while simultaneously training her co-worker. Great customer service!

Run of the mill branch. Service is very slow and some staffers aren't very helpful. Only upside is their own parking lot.

I've been banking here for a few years now and I don't really have any complaints. That's pretty much the highest praise I can give for a bank. No photos. Picture every bank you've ever been in, and that's what this one looks like too.

I came in and saw new teller machines installed. I had difficulty depositing my money. There were two employees standing inside to which I asked them for help so that I can figure out how to work the machines. They both told me that it's the same frame as the one inside. I told them that I knew how to manage the one inside. I needed help with the new ones outside. They both told me it's the same concept. I'm like, it doesn't matter. I need help figuring out the one outside. So I thanked them for nothing. Then I told them why were they there if they're not going to help. Finally, Mr. Choi came out and helped me and told me that he understood why I was asking for help. It would have been more courteous and professional to have helped me at the moment when I asked for help instead of aggravating me and not offering any help when I asked for it. Very annoying.
