S/O to all the staff members for being the nicest, most generous, and, of course, being Active Military / Veteran friendly. This branch indeed deserves way more than 5 star ratings. Keep doing what you're doing. I would love to continue moving forward using your best state of the art products ? Thank you all for this enjoyable experience. I will definitely refer my friends to you whenever they come in town. One more thing, be on the lookout for scammers and haters who try to use my credentials ( including using fake government ID, my name, email, address, and any other verbal lies ) to get by.

Do not deposit money on the atm. I know there's a camera on the front of the ATM. I was in front of the ATM counting money and putting it into the machine. A few minutes later the machine showed an error. I right away asked the Chase Bank staff for help, but they said there was nothing they could do, and told me to call the number on the receipt to fix the issue myself.
I reported the issue to chase customer service, but they didn’t give me money back. Because They told me there was no evidence of money being deposited into ATM machines. So where did my money go? Who pays for atm machine errors?

If you can’t reserve a specific time for specific customers please just get rid of the reservation system, have to wait over 40 mins when I arrived 5 mins ahead.

MITCH LAU IS A JOKE OF BANKER. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. CANCELLED OUR SCHEDULED MEETING WITH NO WARNING…AND I WAS COMING FROM NEW JERSEY. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY TIME.I PUT A MILLION BUCKS DOWN THAT THE CHASE BRANCH ITSELF WONT DO A DAMN THING ABOUT IT…WHICH SPEAKS VOLUMES OF THE PEOPLE WORKING WITH HIM.

Very bad experience as a first time customer. I accompanied my grandpa (who has a language barrier) and this account specialist named SAI WING (MITCH) LAU cut me off and did not allow me to speak in his behalf. He made the experience very awkward due to his uncalled behavior. He is so rude and unprofessional! Management should call him out for this cause the branch will lose loyal customers in the future. Also, I’m not gonna do business ever again in this branch after that experience! Never again.

Trash Go save money today. The teller pressed a zero less. How much is a zero difference? Are all your tellers such rubbish? A male teller. Go back and train again. Otherwise, I will suspect that you want to embezzle my savings.
