MITCH LAU IS A JOKE OF BANKER. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. CANCELLED OUR SCHEDULED MEETING WITH NO WARNING…AND I WAS COMING FROM NEW JERSEY. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY TIME.I PUT A MILLION BUCKS DOWN THAT THE CHASE BRANCH ITSELF WONT DO A DAMN THING ABOUT IT…WHICH SPEAKS VOLUMES OF THE PEOPLE WORKING WITH HIM.

Very bad experience as a first time customer. I accompanied my grandpa (who has a language barrier) and this account specialist named SAI WING (MITCH) LAU cut me off and did not allow me to speak in his behalf. He made the experience very awkward due to his uncalled behavior. He is so rude and unprofessional! Management should call him out for this cause the branch will lose loyal customers in the future. Also, I’m not gonna do business ever again in this branch after that experience! Never again.

I am always greeted at the door and they get someone to help right away. If they are busy they will let you know you may have to wait. Always courteous and pleasant.

This bank is horrible. Not alone did I have to wait over 20 minutes to be seen, and when I was the teller was professional, but when I asked for the manager, he would not even come to tell me in person what I was inquiring. I am a long time business and personal customer of Chase bank and am abhorred at the conduct of the employee, Seasum HO. As a manager very abrupt, and really if customer satisfaction is their goal as stated, this falls short with this man.

I used the ATM here before the bank was opened and everything worked, which usually isn't the case when I travel. The ATM's are in a large outer room that you use your card to unlock the door. Inside was a guard watching over everything. My Chase account is from Colorado and the transaction was seamless. The ATM area was clean and the machines in good working order with no vandalism.

I don't think staff here knows what's a Medallion Stamp is. A lookup site shows this branch offers it. Heard long wait for notary stamp as well. How difficult is it to get something stamped?? It takes 1 minute. Blames system being down. Wasted my time and got nothing done. Kept being skipped on after signing in by people who came later than me. Did not offer apologies to me.

I really like coming to this bank to do my deposits. All the tellers are really nice and patient with me especially Claire she’s my favorite. I appreciate her always being in a good mood and willing to help me out even if I get there as soon as they open! ?

Dumbest thing they did after an upgrade was block 4 tellers with 4 giant atm machines that barely anyone uses.. lines are super long for tellers but they chose to block 4 tellers lines... Should've kept it open and just put a closed sign when it's not busy. Waited over an hour for a teller. Avoid this branch if you need human interaction

On Tuesday morning I went in to open up a college account. At first, they informed me that I’d probably have to wait because the person I was supposed to be meeting with was about to have her lunch break. Inside she then very generously offered to assist me quick. Not sure if the website appointment system did a little mistake there but I’m so thankful the employee by the name of Licia Yee took me in, very thoughtful. Amazing service from this woman, very sweet. Licia explained everything to me so it very easy and quick to understand. Opened up a chase account under an hour. I’ve never had such great service like I did on Tuesday!
