This is by far the worst bank. Terrible customer service, rude tellers and extremely long wait times. Once I finally got to speak to a rep, it was a complete waste of time, no resolution to the issues at hand. Chase will lure you in with bonuses and then say you don't qualify once your money is in their bank. For a $400 bonus, they are willing to lose customers that keep more than 40 times that amount in their bank! Please stay away from Chase, if you don't you'll pay dearly in time and money (except you won't get your time back).

woman at front desk "ena" is very rude and refused to help me with a simple task she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before telling me to "just stop" and "get out". wont be returning to this bank until they get some competent workers since this isn't the first or even the second time i've dealt with rude and inconsiderate workers. i hope they have a horrible day

I was at this ATM brunch after the Hrs. You need to a card to get inside. 3ATM machines and A security guard. transactions welt well. No Envelopes, pens and Desk.

Your standard Chase Bank. Good service, but nothing special. No outside window, and enter only on one side, exit on the other.

I came to take out a cashiers check for my final payment on my wedding. I'm not used to filling out cashiers checks, I followed the directions accordingly. When i got to the tellers station, LeenaMaywaram's booth. She's started snapping how my name isn't listed on my account. And she literally yelled at me that I had my name in the wrong place. I'm usually easy going, so I was disgusted by how rude she was. My mother was a bank teller for 20 years and I know what customer service is as well. I will definitely be contacting corporate for this. Never going back there again.

THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH (except Alana she's great, and the manager, and older white woman) they don't seem happy to help you at all they don't even smile when you come up to them behind the counter. The guy who works at this branch (white male, short hair cut) makes it seem like he's doing you a favor all the time and your a burden to him. I get better customer service over the phone with this company than in person!! Something as simple as getting change for my business becomes a huge production even when I have I.D

This is my go to Chase bank branch. I'm pleased with this branch since they have great, friendly, and quick tellers. They have about 4 ATM's at its entrance which I've never had an issue with. The best part about this branch is that it has a parking lot in the middle of a very busy Woodhaven Blvd. If you happen to go at a busy time, there's a chance you might not find a spot, but that is pretty rare.
