It's a straight-up citibank ATM building. Perfect since it's located near shops. There are no bankers in there, so it's not ideal if you're looking to do anything more than withdraw or deposit.

Just went in to use ATM Machine. From what I saw, it looked well maintained and just like any bank would.

ATM machines only with ample parking spaces. Ideal if you know how to use the machine services without support. If you need more personal services I suggest the Willets/Parson branch over the 39/Bell branch.

Machine ate my check but did not recognize it as a deposit. Now I have to fight with Citibank to get deposit credited to my account. Would give zero stars but that was not an option.

One of the best working atms of citi bank.. This location only atm's no actual brunch. But with citi banks atm's you you could do almost everything. This location is my convenience to go and do my banking with out swing teller or waiting online. Atm's are working at all times never seen one of them out of service. There are tree atm's inside the building and remember you have to have your citi card with you to open the door. Since it's not an actuy bank ..

Seriously, just ATMs. This should be labeled "Citibank ATM" and not sound like an actual branch. Wasted time stopping here looking for customer service.
