It's unclear to me why there are so many negative reviews of this branch, but I've been here numerous times and the branch manager Mirna has been very down and earth and pleasant.
The entire banking staff is kind, receptive, and responsive to my needs and made sure I was satisfied.

I wondered why this bank has bad reviews. Now i know. We went to open a business account, the manager said she will request for the check when account is created, she never did it . She said she emailed the documents, she didn’t. Not going back there.

I work for an organization which has a corporate account with Citibank. Yesterday, I received a call from the branch manager Mirna, who was looking to verify a check we issued earlier in the day. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I told her I needed to put her on a brief hold, and she exclaimed “oh my god!” in a very irritated tone. I pretended I didn’t hear her remark, and proceeded to verify the check for her. After verifying, she demanded to know how long it would take me to enroll the check on Positive Pay and in an aggressive tone demanded “How long are you going to have this guy waiting here for?!” Considering we, as an organization, have been banking with Citibank for many years and maintain a cash balance of $40,000,000+ this treatment was extremely unacceptable and I cannot wait to have a meeting with my higher-ups so I can HIGHLY recommend pulling our accounts from Citibank.

I have visited this bank today and I have had witnessed an experienced employee abusing new trainee and the work environment was extremely toxic. The manager of the branch Mirna Colbert was being very rude, loud, and also using cursing words towards the female trainee. Citibank needs to do have professionalism in there branches and mutual self respect amongst workers.

I m regular user of citi credit cards since many years . Last time I forget my due date n got late fee that was my first time within one week I pay it. This month unfortunately I for get again as every one knowing what situation going on still we making payments . I called n request to wave late fee even I talk to supervisor it's only 6 days n they didn't wave that it's only one time in year. It's not fair when they want us to use card whole year y waiving late fee only one time. Atleast in this covid time they should consider. It's better to stop using there cards . I m very disappointed

Had to go to this Citibank because at the one I usually go to they we're working inside and I couldn't use the ATM to make my deposit This Citibank is bigger than the one I usually go to and more well lit My husband usually goes in with me but because was raining and we had our autistic disabled son in the car he just parked by a pump with my son in the car because I didn't want him out in the rain

hey branch manager and citi, it would be great if you updated your times on Google search and Google maps to advise customers of actually staff availability for particular transactions. not everything can be done by the atm.

This is a horrible bank. I opened a new account and chased them for 7 months for my sign up bonus. No bonus received to date. Rep: Joshua is a phony person who continuously lied to me every time I visited. You will be sorry if you do business here.

This branch is the perfect example of financial discriminarion, transactional fraud, disrespectful, and incompetent staff. They don't pick-up the phone because they lack the knowledge to fix the problem they caused.
