If u need anything, this is the drug store to go to. Awesome ppl working there on the floor to stock and my medicine is always ready. Behind the counter, they r very polite and again understanding. ♥. Been goin here for 25yrs.

I went to Colombo Pharmacy for the first time last time, and I am a customer for life. My mom needed paxlovid and CVS of course did not have it. I was referred to Colombo pharmacy and they were so so helpful. They picked up the phone right away. They called CVS to ask for the transfer. They called me back to tell me that the transferred was complete. They waited for me to arrive (close to closing time). They reminded me of what a true pharmacy used to be.

It's reassuring to know that there are pharmacies like yours that prioritize customer care and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I'm using this pharmacy since 2003 (that's 20 years!). They are always more than willing to assist with any questions I have and provide valuable insights into the medications I am inquiring about. Best place, service, and care --- especially for new moms. This is a wonderful neighborhood pharmacy owned and run by the most caring and dedicated people. I came to NYC for a work trip for the week. I didn't pack the breast pump with me (big mistake!) because I'd stopped pumping for 6 months already and only nursed on occasion, so didn't think I'd need it (I thought the hakka would have been enough). Big mistake -- I needed a pump ASAP and gave this pharmacy a call to rent a pump (and totally didn't expect it to be possible -- who'd rent out a breast pump for a week and deliver immediately -- on a Saturday afternoon!?). Vito Colombo was very helpful and dedicated. He just understood the situation and figured out a way to get that pump to me --- within the hour!!! I'm still amazed that he made it happen. I was so, so, so relieved and touched. I am beyond grateful for the care and service this team provided. Thank you.

A real pharmacy with a staff that goes beyond measures to get you answers and care for you. Vito and David are true pharmacists explain your medications and how to take them and things to look out for and if needed they get in contact with your doctor to clarifications. They are the best!
