Great service from staff at the flushing location in Queens.They have patience and very polite. I highly recommend going to Cosi for Prostics and bracing. Dan and Front desk staff made the process easy for me and my husband.

My name is Alex Salvaggio and I got into a car accident in 2013 and I have been wearing orthotics/AFO's. Since using COSI, I seriously can't wait to wear them every morning. they are truly comfortable and doesn't even feel like I'm wearing anything. they are like my sneakers. Thank you to Dan for all his heart work and truly caring about me. You are the best... Highly recommended.

Steven was excellent, he dropped off two pieces of equipment for me, set it up and explained how to use it and made sure I could use it by myself. Even picked up the phone when I called later on to make sure I was doing it right. It’s that extra bit of service that goes a long way! Thanks again!

Daniel Diaz explained thoroughly what repairs were needed for my orthotics. It was repaired on the same day and is good like new. I get new orthotics at C.O.S.I. every 3 or 4 years since 2014. Angelica was helpful in providing easy scheduling. Thanks to the team.

My Dad and sister met with Dan , Dennis and Patricia today. They were all so great and helpful in getting my Dad to walk again and feel comfortable with his new braces. They took the time to be sure he was happy which was so important. They are so professional and care so much for getting the best outcome. They felt like family filled of kindness and they genuinely care From the start I spoke with Angelica, Nellie and Patricia who gave me peace of mind and helpful information before our appointment. As a team they were so kind and highly recommend them. Dan was not giving up on my Dad walking again and we are truly grateful. ❤

I happened across the East Meadow office by chance, they were so nice, courteous and professional. They introduced me to the Flushing office which is 5 minutes from my home. The moment I walked in the door, I knew this was the place for me. A very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. One word to describe Daniel is AWESOME! What previously took a year to accomplish with another prosthesis , Daniel was able to do in 2 months. He listened to my needs and got it done. I feel like I'm walking on air, literally. The fit is perfect and painless. He really took his time to make the adjustments. I am so happy with my new prosthetic. Daniel is a real life superhero and I highly recommend him and COSI. Thank you so much for making my life a little easier. I am forever grateful!
