Time listening to my issues and concerns
It was closing time at the bank I kept telling her I of go since it closing time
She re assured me it okay customer comes frist
She went ahead to make sure my needs where met then she told me I have some amazing offer from MUC I told her I wasn’t interested due my pass rejections
She continue to resure me this time was different I said know
Then she continue to explain to me the offers that would benefit me I agree and took the offer in less that 24hours I was approved and my journey became easier since

“Best loan application process I've ever experienced (auto loan). Feels like any time you go through this process it's always a headache but the people I worked with at USAlliance (specifically want to give a shoutout to Iveliz), were great. Super responsive and informative and walked you through the process.I also liked being able to communicate with the processor over email and call them directly over the phone if need be. I'd like to reiterate the responsive part cause that's typically the worst part of any loan process, but this was a delight.”

It is located in Queens Hospital 1 64th St. very close to bus stop and a lot of plenty of parking available around here and it is in the inpatient service building of Queens Hospital. A lot of people can come here they have the ATM is located next to the vending machine machine and information centre which is very good for everybody can come and use it really very wonderful experience and they have two ATM which is really unique and best it is next to the entrance of the hospital and lift everybody can come to easy to identify it and easy to navigate it, which is very nice highly recommend recommended this place to everybody must come and check out.”

“I’ve been with this credit union for a couple of years now. The staff here is amazing, help you with whatever you need and are always willing to put you and your best interests first. The rates here are lower than your traditional banks and the loan officers help you with everything you need to purchase a car. Diego has been my loan officer for my last couple of cars and he has been nothing but the best throughout them all. He has always been quick, helpful, and very responsive with any questions or concerns I have had. Since I have opened my account, I can reach out to anyone there and know they have my best interests at heart. They’ve helped me open up accounts for joint members and Gabriel has been crucial with my notary public documents and managing those accounts. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better set of people, the team is always unified and so helpful. If I could give more stars on here, I would, they’re nothing but the best.”
