I really don’t want to give him a star. When I applied for the card, he actively helped me solve all kinds of problems in order to collect money. After applying for the card, he stopped helping me solve problems because it took him too long to make calls. It's rubbish to ask someone who can speak English for help. If you don't provide after-sales service, shouldn't you make it clear when you apply for the card? I am astonished by how much the personnel at the store doesn't care about their business. I entered the store to open an account and chatted with a guy for 5 min. In the whole process, he starred at the screen of his laptop without looking at me. His voice was so low that I can barely hear him. I even worried that he might fall asleep next second. I had to interrupt him a few times for clarity due to the low volume. I understand that this might not be the dream job of the employee here. But since one takes the position, the least one should do is to be professional and respectful. I cannot see this business to go anywhere with the way they treat their customers. Stay away from Cricket if you can. At least, stay away from this store.
