Biggest scam artist , Trying to take advantage of a disabled man. Would not sell him the phone for what the price they advertised. Tried to change his story when i spoke up. Told me he had no more , but he was all ready to sell it for 499.99. He didn’t know i was listening and watching the whole time. Buyers beware! Stay away from this business. Cricket is a terrible company, canceled my phone after this and went to boost mobile. Disgusting but thats queens for you. The city is full of these low Life's. Cricket was also notified still no return call

Super good deal. Just got my service and a free phone, love it. Employees are very helpful and informative. Help me save alot of money, inform me and help me sign up with EBB program. Now my monthly bill only $5 per month with autopay. And that's unlimited plan

I port my number to cricket wireless from T-mobile today and got a family plan for 4 lines just $100 with unlimited data service , Lin he is the one help me with all the stuff I need to get , gave a great deal on the phone too love it , I would highly recommend this place to everybody and don’t forget to ask for Lin , he is very nice guy , thank u so much for u help Lin great service

First time went to the store and got the service there, I was paying almost $200 every month , and now I got 4 line just for $160 with the 5G service too , Lin gave me a great deal and help me find the phone I all way want it , nice guy great service, can't beat that lol

I just quit TMobile and joined Cricket. The service provided by this store is very good. They waived my opening fee and gave me a free Stylos 6 mobile phone and mobile phone case. I really like this new mobile phone. The screen is so big and the best part is it’s free. Cricket's package is also very affordable. It only costs $130 for 4 lines. The mobile phone signal and Internet speed are very good. And the price includes tax and there are no hidden fees. So far, I am very satisfied with the store staff's service and Cricket signal. I will try it again in the future. Continuing to update my experience with Cricket services.
