Today, I accompanied my elderly mother to the bank to handle business at the scheduled time. Thanks to Mandy for her patient and professional assistance, which allowed her to smoothly fill in the information and complete the application. Because my mother had limited mobility, other staff took good care of us when we came in and out. thank you all!

Had a very very bad experience. It was a male banker and he was very rude to customers. I’d ask questions and he’d get angry and impatient. Plus he couldn’t answer all my questions. Lack of sufficient knowledge of his own bank’s product. Very unprofessional. Worst experience ever. I wish I can give a zero star rating.

Sherry is very informative, she works with different banks in this area and knows everything about this community. she knows market and cons and pros for the banking products. Most important is she is quite patient. For the answer that she’s uncertain, she would like to help till she finds the solution. Highly recommend her !!

Sherry did excellent job to introduce mortgage. I was super frustrated that I was spending over 2 months with Citibank, but at last minute they told me they can’t closing for me. As rates varies everyday. I need immediate help with assets qualification mortgage. I’m lucky I meet Sherry, she even answers my call during 10pm when I was very worried about my process. I’m very impressed and for sure I will introduce Sherry and CTBC to my friends.

Sherry invited my firm to visit the whole building. She shared me her plan to appreciate clients. I know she is shining anywhere no matter where/what she does. I've been partnered with Sherry since she was doing banking as a banker long time ago. Some client who is very tough, she is always very patient to serve and reminds client to prepare the documents once tax term comes. Very happy she's back to Flushing.

I closed the CD when mature, this bank charged me $10 for the cashier check. It's ridiculous to charge me for getting back my own money, will never go back to do business.

Do NOT go to this branch if you’re trying to solve your ONLINE BANKING issues!! The entire branch has no access to the online banking system yet the stuffs know literally NOTHING about it. Just call the customer service and don’t bother to waste your time.
