This warehouse is rubbish. It opens at 8 o'clock in the morning, but it is still not open after 9 o'clock. Many people and cars are waiting here. It is a rubbish warehouse that is not punctual and wastes everyone's time! ! !

The pricing mechanism is confusing. The price is often changed after 3 months, and then the online price at the same time is much lower than the changed price even without discounts. We had to rent another one and move to a new one. And every time I have to buy a new lock. I already have 3 locks of this kind. I suggest you allow customers to choose whether to buy a lock or not, and then increase the handling fee. This saves the environment.

I had an appointment and reservation set to open up a new storage space, loaded all of my things that needed desperately to be stored into a Lyft ride and when I arrived, I was appalled to discover that the front desk was unceremoniously closed. Someone had printed out an unofficial notice and taped it to the entrances to the office, saying it was unfortunately closed. There was a man there who came to the door only to inform me that they are closed and he was only maintenance. I had to call another lyft and take everything back to the spa I work at that had kept all of my things and my work is charging me $20 a day just to hang onto my stuff. I called their main office to complain about this bizarre circumstance and they said the manager would get back to me. He/she never did. Completely irresponsible and negligent. I cannot trust this company at all.

The front desk is a lack of manners and disrespectful. The woman behaves as if she is a deity. There are $12/$17 insurance, but she never asked, she literally just charged $17. The first impression of the storage facility is that the level of customer service is exceptionally low. (Note:I moved in on Oct. 27). I never had chance to see the unit. The size of the unit is certainly smaller than what I had expected, and there is no light could reach inside the unit whatsoever; it is completely dark. However, the facility is clean and the cart is easy to reach. I truly hope that they are able to improve their customer service.

I waited until I moved out to leave this review because the white manager there is good for charging my account for any little thing after storing with this store for almost two years and management changed I knew that it was my time to leave I tried referring a friend and when I took him here the lady that bragged and emphasized that she is the senior manager of this store told us that we must wait for one of her colleagues to finish showing another customer I did not understand why when the colleague came down she looked annoyed as if this is something that happens often when I need assistance with code or anything at all she tells me to wait and have one of her store managers assist me I wait about 20 minutes everytime because she does not help customers when I moved out I had to wait as well this store needs better management especially a new senior manager since this one is very lazy and does not like to work not to mention she is never available and she is always running about and doing nothing with her tenants when she should be in the office working I give praise to the 2 young ladies there that run around like headless chickens to make sure their customers are being assisted

My family and I have stored at this facility for years. Just like all storage facilities, this location had its issues and when I expressed my concerns I felt like the staff didn’t care but that has completely changed with the new general manager, Kendall. She is exceptionally friendly and takes time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained how my concerns will be addressed.

There are some negatives, the price goes up pretty often, I was told when we moved our stuff out that pro-rating the already paid space was not done although we were only 4 days into the new month, that is very disappointing. However, our stuff was stored just fine.
