So far, my experience has been excellent. This location is very clean. There's always carts available. I've had positive interactions with staff. I like the location of the facility as well. They provide the lock and key for the unit. Their lock is sturdier than an ordinary combination lock.

I had an excellent experience with Neal and the team at the Flushing 31st Avenue CubeSmart. I needed to move out and clear out a unit and they helped make the entire experience painless. I would recommend using them.

Please this store needs better management skills the money you should be aware of anything happen or anything that has to do with the units that I already sold to the auction beaters I refuse to pick up this auction due to the fact that every box was slid open every new box of sneakers empty smelling like fresh sneakers really disappointed with the outcome of this purchase which was $330 looking forward to you guys manage this situation I never had any problem with any one of your stores thank you for your service I'm looking forward to buy anywhere other than this store
