I came here for the first time today like 10 minutes before closing. The employees did not rush me and remained polite. It's very cheap unlike the one at Rego. They have cute, cheap knick knacks as well as housewares.

Great store. You can buy a lot of Japanese product at good price. The store is clean and light. I enjoy shopping in this store.

I was here a while ago and thought it was closed because it was no longer on the lower level but it is now on the 2nd level. I love this place with all the unique inexpensive Japanese items (some that you have to figure out it its use from the picture). Everything is $1.99 unless it has another value marked in Yen but there is a conversion chart in the store. 200 Yen costs you $3.50

Daiso always has cute items- from coin pouches to plates, hairties, and even bags. Knocked down a star due to the relatively messy store, items often left in the wrong place and whatnot. But there really is a large selection. Be ready to spend $20 or $30 at Daiso for things you never knew you needed.

Genuinely surprised by the low reviews here, but lots of them seem to be comparing it to other branches or about the no-return policy. I personally haven't been to many other Dasio shops myself, so I find myself browsing this store when I'm in the Skyview mall. It's not very extensive, and I mostly look at the non-food items, so my review may be slightly skewed. A lot of the items are great quality given the price and compared to other shops around. Also, lots of cute + practical things if you're into that. The shops carries many cat-themed items (for reasons I do not know why), but I absolutely love it. Very frequently, I walk out with something in hand that I didn't know I needed (but is useful) and it's a great feeling because it doesn't make me feel like I've overspent either. The counter staff that I've encountered have always been nice and welcoming, so there are no issues there for me either!

If Dollar Tree and the "specials" sections at the front of every Target is your jam, then you may love Daiso, which is the Japanese version of a smashup between 5 below and Dollar Tree. Personally, this location was lacking, as I prefer the Scarsdale location. Daisy can be a hit or miss, depending on what you are searching for. Honestly, this location was quite disappointing. It's a truncated version of other locations. Give it a walk-through if you are already in the mall and want to kill some time, but IMHO this location needs work. DAISO is great, just not this location.

Glad this store is here and I was able to browse, but nothing compares to the ones I've been to on the west coast. Smaller store so the selection was limited and some of the staple things I normally get were not available here.

There’s a huge selection in the store. We personally loved their stationary area, especially the Hello Kitty / Sanrio section .
