Went to buy a couch and couldn’t even get a hello from the employees that stood in the empty store doorway. But greeted their own race of ppl when they entered instead. I was referred by a friend and already had the furniture piece that I wanted in a pic to show. I’m happy that happened, because I get to save my money and spend with a company that appreciates all customers that enter their location! I went to BoConcept and bought a couch and mirror!!! BoConcept is a beautiful modern/contemporary store, has way better furniture!!! This store is disgusting and horrible!!!

Sales person is well experienced, gave accurate pricing, leather on sofas are a good quality. Delivery and set up was done on time and quickly. Ask for Elaine Chew.

I was excited for my new couch but the sales reps made this experience such a nightmare. We purchased the couch and they "suggested" us to TIP the delivery guys an extra $120-$150 on top of the delivery fee ($99) that we had paid for, which we did not acknowledge that as it was a suggestion. Upon delivery, they forgot the couch legs and said they will deliver it the next day and assemble it. We said ok then we will tip you tomorrow and they said no, they needed it today, which doesnt make sense bc they didn't assemble anything, all they did was drop off the couch and unwrapped it. OK fine, we paid them $90 for 3 people, which is more than enough. Mind you, this is a TIP on top of the delivery fee AND a FULLY PAID COUCH! When we did not tip the amount suggested, the delivery guys called the sales rep to call us to complain why we didn't tip more. because I am receiving not up to par service... WHY AM I BRING HARRASSED ABOUT TIPPING WHEN I PAID IN FULL FOR THIS COUCH, GAVE THEM $90 TIP, WHICH WAS VERY GENEROUS. I HAVE ASKED AROUND BEFOREHAND AND THE STANDARD IS $20/PP for LARGE items furniture. The next day, I called the sale rep to make sure they are going to deliver the legs that day. AGAIN, she mentions to tip them. SO I HAVE TO TIP THEM AGAIN FOR WHAT????? At that point I am just annoyed and over it. The delivery guy showed up the next day, we just told him to leave the legs and we will install it ourselves. The sales rep calls every phone number they could reach us at and says the delivery guys want to come in to install the legs and assemble the couch to complete their service. My mom told her that she will install the legs and no longer need there service and they continued to insist on letting the delivery guys install it. After many "No thank yous" it is finally over. Not going to lie, every time i see this couch, it's an annoying memory that attaches with it. Some may think it is a minor issue, but to be constantly harrassing about tipping a certain amount when the service was not even up standard is ridiculous.

we spending more than 11k at this store , we order dining table , chair , coffee table, sofa and the most expensive mattress 4k+ , not a smart choice I order queen size mattress (should be 80x60) today 12/10/2021 they send me the mattress size only (78x60) the store manager trying to convince me said the bed frame I bought from macy’s (queen size) is too big they are the right size and want me to keep it . unacceptable

This place is one of the worst furniture places in flushing. The showroom items and the one sent y to your place is very different I'm quality wise. We purchased a bed frame with the leather arriving damaged. I had to speak with the male manager we said it's not his companies doing and if I want to send it back I pay for the service fee including pick up. I disagreed with that and they finally will Ng to take it back and said I will get a new one. And guess what, I never got a new one and they just cancel my order saying they don't want my business because they don't guarantee perfect condition for the price of 4299.The whole experience was unbelievable and unprofessional.

The dinning chairs were not made from real leather. Sales person was not honest with the material and quality of their products. The leather on my dinning chairs starts to peel off after one year of normal use. The wood frames in the dinning table and chairs start to have crack marks after a year of normal use. Qualities are very inferior, and did not live up to the high price tags. The furnitures look very nice but I would be more careful next time when investing in new furnitures.

It is definitely on the higher end of price range even after discount. I bought a sofa from them after they offer 35% off the listed price. It is beautiful and really well made. I will consider going back again if price range can go down a bit.

Great service and quality. Thank you Daniel and the woman who worked at the front desk. He was zo professional, knowledge, caring and super friendly. We purchased the G66 3D mattress during New Year and got a great discount which included delivery and a very elegant gift box. They carry top of the line merchandise and I can't wait to get my items They truly care about their customers.

So yeah, this is a great place if you don't care when your furniture shows up. Huge issues with this place. Went here with a relative who wanted to buy a new sectional sofa. A style was chosen. A deposit was given. The sofa is not in stock, so a 2 month delivery date was given. What?! What are they doing? Trying to grow the wood? Ok, so the 2 months go by and the sofa is still not ready! Apparently they need another 2 months. What? They need 4 months total?! I'm wondering when the 4 months are up, will they come up with another excuse why the sofa isn't ready. Good thing the old sofa wasn't thrown out yet, otherwise we'd all be sitting on the floor. Left a bad taste in my mouth when they kept stating how they gave a big discount on the sofa. Well the discount isn't worth it, if there is still no sofa to be had. DeRUCCI is a famous brand of high-end bedding & bedroom furniture all over the world. There is over 3600 retail stores in USA, Germany, Italy, Australia, Dubai, Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and China. On the bright side: Their ergonomic sleep bedding system looks pretty amazing online where they explain the process in full detail. It took 4 years to develop and is the most advanced bedding system of its kind! This is probably something I might want to check into. It's too bad they have product and delivery issues. Final Note: So yeah, this is a great place if you don't care when your furniture shows up.

Great experience with the mattress. I have been use Derucci mattress for three years when I was in China. That was amazing and gives support for my whole body. Now it's available in NYC!

Parking for 3 hrs is $3, but it took 30 mins extra to get out due to traffic. Had to pay an additionally $3 for that traffic

Absolutely no retail apocalypse here. Most of the stores are a bargain hunter’s delight but the launch of Daiso has brought in huge crowds. At least 30 mins wait to get in to Daiso.

I redid my living room all out of this place affordable prices friendly sales people not to pushy good quality and I got some really nice pieces will definitely be returning when time to redo bedroom
