The two older women that work here are so miserable and cranky. They look angry all the time throwing mean looks around makes you and not want to shop here. There used to be nicer employees before now everyone is a cranky employee.

Cashier Line is always a mile long, I just leave and forget about it. It's a small store compared to ones in NJ

Very horrible customer service , I’m a regular customer and the disrespect I experience today is unacceptable. I don’t understand how people can hire unprofessional employees that raise their voice at customers for no reason and the racism in this location is unbelievable. Cashier raises her voice at me then gaslights the whole thing that she caused then dares slam my products that I was going to buy into the register.

You never get anything. It is always empty, Ecuadorian friends buy in quantities to resell on Roosvelt Avenue

Denied bathroom and got 3 excuses that it’s broken. How do employees use the bathroom? All dollar tree restrooms are to always be open to the public - location of 3435 on Francis Lewis is denying all customers bathrooms. Very rude manager. Will be calling customer service to report.

Customer service: walked up to a lane that had its light on & asked if I can check out there and an old white lady, black rimmed glasses waved me off like a pest. She was gossiping with another employee.
It’s a weird sense of entitlement from any person working in customer service.

i’m confused. i went to dollar tree today and when i open the door they said no students. i know this dollar tree was right across from i.s 25 (a middle school) but we were like, no high schoolers as well? because my friend and i are high school seniors and i have NEVER heard a store decline people just because they were students. it’s so frustrating honestly. like is this the new rule or something because i have never heard it. it’s so dumb and funny. imagine going in a store, thinking ure going to buy something just for them to say no students like what??! 😭😭💀maybe someone should explain this to me lmfaoooo
