Never ever visit again ..... please dear eye patient dont visit to this stupid clinicreason:::1. Consultation doctor is very much busy to receiving phone calls even during patient examination/ interactions .2. Too much phone calls so my brother waited almost 1:30 hrs after eye dilate.3. Non professional doctor, no one received phone calls during patient examination/ interactions in any other clinic except emergency but this clinic phone calls is much important than their patients.######Please kindly switch off or silent your mobile phone Doctor Sahebbbbbb.Thank you yam nungaijei mut tanglasu tanglageeee ?never vist again please

A chill and small business with a professional and patient ophthalmologist. He helped me decide on a contacts starter pack and helped to ease my anxiety about putting them on. They are courteous and take patients according to the queue. I believe that they take most insurance for the eye exam. I had arrived early to the office and I was asked to fill out paperwork right away. Most services are paid and I came in expecting that.

After a rocky start that involved the glasses being stolen all was resolved and Eastern Eye Care and I made the necessary calls to get new glasses and prescription.

Modern equipment and friendly doctor who takes time to make sure you understand your eye health. I found them in zocdoc a few years ago and keep coming back even. Office great for both English and Chinese speakers.

I don’t know where to really start to say this but I am truly grateful for Dr. Zhang! From the moment that I had my corneal abrasion on Easter Sunday, April 17th, 2022, being in extreme pain. Dr. Zhang made sure that it was his duty to help me in my situation. On that day, when there was no eye Dr. available or open he told me to come into the office. Although, he was booked up. I remember struggling to see out of my left eye as approaching his office with shades on. There was two patients that Dr. Zhang was seeing at that moment and another patient in front of me waiting to be seen. This all meaning that I was the fourth patient there. Upon arrival, he demonstrated to me professionalism and also how much he cared about people before profits. The right mindset to have! He asked me if I was Jason as he stepped out with a patient that just finished, to acknowledge everyone there. As I said yes in surprise (knowing that many doctors don’t attend to the patient until they are actually being seen) he then walked over to me and gave me two eyedrops. Incredible enough, those two eyedrops helped me to be able to see sufficiently better than I was feeling. Still, he had two patients in front of me . That just goes to show the presentable care he focuses on for his patients/people. Woke up today really excited to share this story with you guys. I feel like God brought me to his office that day. Honestly, not many people you meet can actually empathetically feel the pain that you're going through. But that’s okay. Dr. Zhang is different because he did. I can see that he has not only felt the pain that I’ve experienced but also the pain of many others. However, with that said he is in a position for more success both as an eye doctor and a man of integrity! Thank you DR. I am eternally grateful for you!Best, Jason

Terrible service. I went here last year to get my eyes checked and got new glasses - my vision was still blurry and was told that it was due to my astigmatism and there was nothing to be done. Now, I've gone to another doctor recently and they told me by glasses prescription was flipped and that's why it's been blurry.

THIS PLACE MUST BE CLOSED DOWN!! Off the jump, the front desk attendant, this man, was very rude and dismissive. Normally you would except as least an welcoming environment when going to the doctors but it felt like I was hassling him. Mind you there is zero people in here, only me, literally only me. I can literally overhear the workers complaining about work. This was borderline disgusting experience as they cleaned none of the medical instruments either which was could've been handled with a quick wipe but the eye pieces literally felt greasy! Here comes the worst part.. the doctor was by far the worst medical professional I have ever seen. He felt as though it was okay to yelled at me multiple times to follow instructions, many things in which could've been handled much better by simply explaining what you need me to do, do not give me an eye piece and expect me to know what eye to put it on like it's not that hard to be a good person . As a special bonus here is the eye chart in which I was supposed to read. Please explain how this is okay, the chart is literally behind me!!! Extremely unhappy with my visit I'm 100% positive there are better options and I will not be coming back under any circumstances. 0/5!

this place is absolutely AWFUL. The open hour said 9 to 6, but they never open on time. and the customer service is super bad. they refuse to give me my prescription just because not getting the glasses there

Horrible place, money hungry, doctor was great but I felt he was just rushing me, but the customer service at front were soooo unprofessional. The guy and lady were at the front. The guy had me stand up and not sitting down like others after the appointment, felt a bit to discrimination, that they were so unprofessional and not wanting to give me any attention. The guy at the front wanted me to pay 200 bucks for a blue light for glasses that I would wear for 5 hours a day. Plus the glasses that he showed that was covered by my insurance were awful he thru the box of glasses on the table and walked away and told me to choose, if u want service like that come here. I walked out not getting any thing awful. I will also get a refund for the fee they charged me . If you want completely uncaring "professionals" to look after you go ahead. They spoke a bit to Chinese as well And I understood a bit, they should be careful who they speak around .then charging me a fee of 35 dollars for a machine for my eyes ??? Even though my insurance covers Be ware do not come HEREEEE!!!!

The doctor and staff made me feel comfortable the whole time, and kept me fully informed of what my insurance would cover and wouldn’t cover. I can see so much better with my new glasses. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable.

Do not go to this place ,I just experienced the most perfunctory eye exam ,and the ophthalmologist refused to give me the prescription because I don’t want to order the lenses there ,it is far more expensive than online ,and when I was waiting in the office I find they do charge much more expensive than others ,even for the glasses,the lenses ,like add the blue light blocking ,which is ridiculous !if u would like to spend more money and got worse service,I will highly recommend here .and also I will file a claim about it ,just don’t waste your time and money here .

I was there for my contact lenses appointments. This was the first time I went to this place for my eye exam. I had two appointments there and the average wait time is about 30 min although you schedule in advance. The first appointment went ok. The doctor was patient and explaining things. The second appointment was awful, the doctor was rushing on checkup. The exam machine was not sanitized before my checkup. The doctor was not wearing gloves when checking my eyes. The contact lenses changing table has multiple used paper towel laying on top of the table and not tossed away. These concerns me a lot especially during COVID time. I did not want to went there for another follow up so I provided my old prescription from different place asked the doctor to authorize the same one. I drove 40 min there and got back a wrong prescription from them. It is alway extremely hard to find a parking space there. On my way back home, their receptionist called me to order contact lenses with them and claimed they have manufactory rebate with Acuvue. The rebate code they provided is actually INVALID. I contacted the receptionist, emailed, and followed up twice. After three emails, I receive no response from them. This place is only open for Thur and Sunday which is very inconvenient. It was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience going to this place. I will never go to this place again and neither will I recommend to anybody.
