I've always received eyecare from this location. However, this time I was attended by Stacey (God bless her soul). Stacey is so kind, patient and helpful! She really made me feel like a valuable customer. It is unfortunate that she is only here a couple of days a week but I would honestly come back just to receive service and assistance from her. She really helped to elevate my experience at EyeSolutions and made me a returning customer.

I do not have a negative thing to post about this store. Either location is very good and friendly. They re able to accommodate and fix the screw on the eyeglasses after one year of return

I came here for new pair of eyeglasses. I browsed thru its offerings and i couldnt find any frame that interested me. The service was good as they were very attentive, polite and provide me with support during my whole stay. It seems they offered free drinks and snacks, and have seatings to enjoy the stay but i didnt get to do any of that tho... I am more accustomed to the same store located in Manhattan for its amazing service and product offerings. This one felt similar but it is missing the original vibe. It felt like going to Peter Lugers in Long island that even though you are dining in Peter Lugers but it didnt feel like the actual original Peter Lugers in Brooklyn...

I visited several optical shops, and this is the one where they treat you with care. Unlike "Precision Eye Care," where they treat you poorly.

I usually come here for my eye exams. It’s a super simple and pleasant experience especially with the free snacks and coffee in the waiting area.They also have great customer service. I once came in without an appointment to see if they could fix my crooked glasses. I asked the guy how much he would charge and he just ask for my glasses and then proceeded to fix them for free.

Went in last minute and they were super accommodating and got my glasses to me sooner than expected.Very happy and satisfied with the service and the new glasses so far!

Great service and employees. I am very graceful for Ron for replacing my old nosepad for a newwer one. My glasses feels so much comfortable on my face. Thank you Ron!

I am a customer with eye solution for over 10 years. I often go to chinatown one but decided to choose the flushing location due to convenience at the time. I walked in, was not greeted, let alone I was in the store for at least an hour just picking out glasses by myself. No one ever came up and asked if I needed help which I did at the time. Mind you the store had at least a good amount of staff and it wasn't busy since I've seen a few staff walking around greeting other customers. At one point, I did asked for help but after only 10 minutes, she walked away to help other customer and never came back. I did not expect to be treated with some sort of loyalty but I did not even feel a single customer service that the chinatown one had always offered or just customer service in general. Learned my lesson and never coming back to this location.

I went to look for children's glasses specifically searching for glasses with a nose bridge for an Asian fit for my 9 year old. There were several styles to choose from in multiple colors. My daughter and I selected the frame ourselves and went to check out and it was smooth sailing. Steve was very helpful in figuring out our vision insurance (was so happy that they accepted this) and I was out in less than 15-20 minutes (we already had a prescription for her, so no need for an exam). We expect to get a call in about 10 days since it's going through insurance, but that is pretty standard. I was impressed by Steve's customer service. It is refreshing to have someone pleasant and efficient nowadays so even though I don't reside in Flushing, I'll be back.
