The only salesman in the store, Mark, is know for his sales tactics. I see that now after reading the reviews. I was told it is by appointment only, which is not the case. He just doesn't want anyone else in the store to hear the lies he is saying. I purchased two items from him, and Mark said to give call him two days before I can take delivery. A few days after, I texted Mark and told him im reconsidered one of the item. I told him I would let him know for sure in a few days. The next week, I texted Mark informing him that I no longer want one of the items. Then he tells me of the 30% restocking fee and cancellation fee because he already has it in his warehouse. This was never mention to me before but he claims he always tell his clients this before writing up a receipt. Why is are the items already in your warehouse if you need two days for delivery? Sales tactics!!! I asked him if he had another customer who had already purchased the item I was attempting to cancel from the receipt to move it sideways and he says "not in that color." Then how come it's your number one selling item??? On delivery I was given a delivery window and was told I'd get a call before delivery. Well Mark called at the time they were supposed to deliver to tell me the movers will be at my place in and hour, "they had to pick it up from the warehouse" he says Apparently, he is a wholesaler that sells to Ashley's and a few other retailers name he dropped. He also sells to the public at a significant discount and has been going out of business for years now.

CUIDADO, NO VOMPREN AHI SI QUIEREN AHORARSE PROBLEMAS,,, DE VERDADYo cometí el error de comprar ahí sin investigar la tienda primero y me doy cuenta que todo lo que dicen los comentarios malo sobre ellos es verdad, dicen una cosa y hacen otra los colchones son usados y de mala calidad , entregan cuando ellos quieren y después dicen que ellos claramente dijeron otra cosa muy diferente a el trato hecho. Y si cancelan la compra el quiere tomar el 35 %de la compra total .. su mayor truco es decir que el es mayorista que tiene varias tiendas que el mismo le vende a otras tiendas pequeñas, es mentira al momento de darte precios finge que sin muy altos y te dice que te reduce precio final a la mitad y uno se anima a comprar pues da un gran descuento pero cuando uno quiere devolver algo nunca contesta NO COMPREN AHI

If I can leave a 0 I will told me everything must go on fb when I get there he didn't have the set I initially messaged him about on fb. Sold me a different set which he claimed that is great quality better then ikea and bobs (that they buy from him) so I bought a whole set and he told me that I will get a new mattress with a 5 year warranty on everything. The guy that came to deliver came by himself took him like 5 hours to do it all left a mess and this guy mark from the store told me give him like 30-40$ this guy tells me it's 60$ for everything I didn't want to a argue with the guy he did do it all by himself , so paying an extra 20$ wasn't bad, the mirror that came with dresser had a scratch in the middle mark tells me to get goo gone it's just glue it will come off that was a lie plus the mattress I got wasn't new it was a used mattress he claimed he doesn't sell used mattress but I know how a new one and used one feels promised me to exchange says he called company and tomorrow will get the exchange it's been 3 week already from the tomorrow I got from him Now I have mark bites and pimples all over my arms legs and back I have to check the mattress for bedbugs now so over it NEVER AGAIN I'm stupid to save 600$ I went to him should've just spend the 2200 for a good set

Right now this furniture store is called home design furniture but it will most likely change
