Eleanor was amazing with helping me get my package intercepted and helping me arrange a pickup at my local Walgreens. She was super helpful, and really solutions oriented, especially during the hectic holiday season. Thank you so much Eleanor!!!

These people have a boring, difficult, easy, frustrating, thankless job. After driving into what felt like the belly of the beast, through 2 gates, paste workers on the unreally long walk to their office, parking at the end of a HUGE covered parking lot, I arrived to a small waiting room with 2 people waiting and a closed service window. They said pointed to the phone. I called the number written on ruled paper taped awkwardly to the window, and said "Here to pick up a package". The person said, "Ok, Just wait". I did. For 10 minutes. The other couple mentioned "They can't find our package". The fed ex Lady came and spoke South American spanish to the couple. Package still not found. Took my slip, closed window, waited another 15 minutes. She came with my package and mentioned to the couple "Again, can't find it". And I showed my id, they copied my id. Gave it back and then had to scan the back side. So, if you are in a hurry, it could be horrible. If you have some time, they are really nice. Would give 4.5 if I could.

I worked for Fedex Ground. Package handler. Someone bought sofa tires and toilets from the Internet. Midnight work, not allowed to rest. Seasonal worker no any benefit. The minimum salary. I vented my anger on the packages. My car is parked in the fedex parking lot for take a nap before midnight work. I quit because they towed my car away. I paid a whole week’s salary for the towing fee. I’m poor, but it doesn’t mean I should deserve this. Disgusting company

It appears you can only pick up packages at very specific times. Be aware before you go. It's a hell of a place to find. Good luck!
