After deciding on Ha young Flower Shop, I discussed the design and price directly with the owner, and I was able to receive a reasonable price and beautiful flowers. Although it was only a one-time experience, I felt that they were a trustworthy florist and will be ordering from them again next time I have an event in NY.”

The salty tofu (to fu lao) if well seasoned and I recommend eating it there.

“We recently ordered a large standing flower arrangement for a family member's funeral. Over the phone, the florist told us they had orders in for the same funeral from other family members and they all ordered the $300 arrangements. So we decided to match and ordered the same. When we got to the funeral we found out the other family members paid $200 for the same arrangements! My family always bought flowers from Happy Flowers for the past 10+ years. They were my mom's favorite florists. We called them to ask them why they charged us more and they made some lame excuse about how the flowers are different prices. Well, that's completely irrelevant to the initial conversation that caused us to make the $300 purchase but they refused to acknowledge this. We'll never buy from such a shady business again.
Editted to add: after the owner replied to my review, I reached out to continue the conversation. I spoke with the manager and we were able to come to a reasonable understanding of what caused this unfortunate incident. The manager was very understanding, compassionate and apologetic. He shared his perspective of what might have occurred and it seemed so honest that it helped me to understand the situation better. I appreciated the genuine effort made to remedy an unhappy customer. We hope to continue to have a good relationship with this business.”
