Bad service
I visited the bank Dec 31 today.
At 3:15 pm
They said closed for new year eve.
No sign at all all of windows and on line.
I check online before visit. It show close at 4 PM

The bank has an extremely racist manager. Asian man with glasses, always targets my family (of Central-American descent). My mother unfortunately has an account with them. Recently my father tried to go with my mother to assist her with her personal belongings in the back, however they declined him from entering the back area (yet they permitted him to go there a previous visit). When asking her what happened, she said it was him (Asian man) who denied him from entry. I met this man before the first time I went with her a few months back, and he was extremely nasty towards us. We had to ask another worker and a translator for assistance instead. That man is useless yet he wants to act like he's so big and tough.

After twenty years of being with this bank, they refused my mother her need to use the restroom, forcing her to go to another store. This completely random store allowed my mother to use their restroom even when she didn't buy anything. My mother is on the older side, and she feels very upset and disrespected by this bank.

I just wanted to commend and compliment two flushing employees who always go out of there way for me above and beyond there job description. Melissa Kaiser and Gallizzi Giuseppe. They each have different titles but they are truly the kind of people who make a bank experience pleasurable. Owning my own business I can only wish to have employees like them who go out of there way to help in giving the very best customer experience. Thank you and I can only hope all of your efforts do not go unrecognized. Ben R.

FlushingBank has been going from bad to worse and I have been doing business there for over 30 years the online banking is by far the worst I have ever encountered I think it's time to bail out
