My sister and I have been to this store and that this is a two-level store and people can the stairs or elevator. My sister got a vest for me and that it was on sale.

The manager is extremely rude and so it’s the girl cashier. I had an issue with my credit card not being able to be read by the machine. The cashier told me that I broke the machine just by inserting the chip and as I walked away to try the next ( I was going to pay using my Apple Pay option instead) she rudely an told me that I should not I see my chip reading card because it broke the machine. The machine was visible broken from the outside so she was exaggerating.
Then she called her manager that said I “tampered” her machine ( she clearly does not know what tampering is to be making that incorrect allegation). I decided to leave empty handed due to all the harassment from those two.

Many of the staff are nice but beware of sleazy cashiers, one male in particular, and the sleazy rude manager. The cashier told me I had to enter my SS # in order to finish my purchase (on a Visa credit card). I reluctantly did so as I already had a GAP card. He told me I needed a new GAP card and would receive 20% off on the present purchase. The cashier asked me to enter financial information after which he said I was ineligible and would get no discount. I asked that my information be removed which the manager obnoxiously said can't be done and that I SHOULD CALL GAP headquarters to straighten everything out. In short, do not give the GAP any information as they clearly operate in bad faith.

Horrible fitting room attendant. Serious lack of customer care and service. Head over to JCrew and Ann Taylor on Austin Street where you will be treated as a human being with a 100% customer care!
