This is the kind of store that only works in small neighborhoods. Drop off broken. Pick up repaired. They diagnosed the problem. Checked with me to order replacement parts and cost. Ordered the parts and repaired it. It took about four weeks. Saved me a headache. Thank you very much for sharing your skills.

I had a monitor that failed that was part of a triple monitor set up, normally when a monitor fails you go and buy a new one but in my case I wouldn't get the same visual. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it fixed. I came across Gatecom USA . I decided to call them they told me they would look at it. I dropped it off a few days later they called me and told me they can fix it and would need to order parts. I felt relievedtook a little over a month due to them receiving the wrong parts the only disappointment I had was them not updating me on the issue they had wich led to a longer delay other then that they fixed it so far so good and I'm happy. I'm definitely coming back and I highly recommend them and they got a nice looking shop with lots of gadgets wish I could've stayed longer. I owe you a hand shake. Thank You again .

My Dell G15 gaming laptop died on me, less than two years old. It froze, and it would only power up for three seconds and then shut off, blank screen. I tried to fix it myself, I discharged the power and did multiple resets, replaced the ram, disconnected the wifi, nothing. I wanted to try a local repair shop first before sending it to Dell. Saw the reviews here and dropped it off. I was pretty sure it was a hardware problem, and I wasn't hopeful, or was expecting a steep repair cost. Well, after four days, it was fixed! I was utterly shocked! They said the video card connection, the pins connecting with the motherboard, somehow got messed up, but they got it working again. I was so thankful as the repair price was reasonable and very fair. I felt they spent a lot of time working on my laptop, with frequent phone call updates. And the owner, Stephan, he's a very friendly and kind man. I felt he really wanted to get to know me and my story, and made sure I was taken cared of. Very impressed with the service here, and will always remember my experience with them. Thank you so much, Stephan!

Computer case I got from there had the glass shatter into a million pieces the moment I finished putting it together, great for finding weird/unique cables though

Fast service, Repaired in a few hours, After ordering the parts at GatecomUSA. i took my laptop in around 11am and had it back by 3pm..Replaced battery and charging port..Works like new now,,,Price was great after searching other stores. Will highly recommend to anyone.Great experience.
